On my lock screen I've got the standard weather clock that comes with Sense 6 and below it there's a notification, but it only one. It shows a little arrow below it indicating that there's more notifications below and I can drag down to make the widget bigger. However this isn't saved and it airways reverts to showing just one.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have an s6 and the factory installed 4x1 clock/weather app no longer works. The clock still keeps time, but the weather icon on the right hand side does not show the current weather, will not update, nor will it allow me to touch the widget and enter into the settings/different cities. It was working fine up until about a week ago. I've tried restarting my phone and removing/re-positioning the widget, but no luck. It can't be uninstalled as it came with OS.

View 24 Replies View RelatedSo you turn on the X2, you have the green tab that you move to the right to access your home screen. I also have a security lock pattern that I use to unlock access. Is there a way to eliminate the standard unlock feature, so that I don't have to go thru 2 unlock screens to get to the homescreen? On my original Droid, once I programmed the lock pattern in, the standard one went away; not so with this one.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm looking for an app that can show the current temp on lock screen. Apps like lock temp or 4cstr doesn't show the negative temperature correctly. It can only show temp between 0 and 100.
For example here it's -12 Celsius right now and it shoes that as 88. That's not what I want
For now i have the "Ac cu weather" standard weather app on my C901. But it's not good enough. I'm used to the great weather app on my old android phone. Where i could see the weather forecast for 5 da (Graphical, not text based, like there eis on the C901 for now). There must be a better app for the C901, to show weather forecast.

This morning, I found that it remained completely non-current, still displaying the night's forecast at the end of the morning. It wasn't in line with either the accurateweather or the google now widget forecasts, so I guess that's not where the lock screen widget info comes from.

View 9 Replies View RelatedBefore you ask, I have gone to settings, lockscreen, additional information and it is set to "off" along with the weather being off. I was able to get it off once but when I did a restart, it showed back up and will not go away. It makes my clock on the locks creek small even though I have it selected to be large and I can't stand it overall. The only thing I want on my locks creek is the time. Also, I hate that it now says "verizon wireless" where the notifications were on the lockscreen.

Both these apps have Lock screen capabilities, i.e., they can display the temperature with wall paper.
I'd seen that both of them work pretty fine ( except the microsoft weather app temperature is not accurate).
The issue showed up after I configured my corporate email ( microsoft exchange server ).
After this, though the settings show that lock screen has weather configured, when i check the lock screen, it shows the weather based wall paper, but the temperature never shows up.
I have tried these weather apps individually but whatever be the settings or options, the lock screen only shows the exchange server calendar and email notification and the wallpaper from weather App, but never shows the temperature.
Why doesn't apple put the weather widget from the notification center in the lock screen for the next ios?

I'd like to be able to not have a screen lock on and have the clock still slide down from the top. Also, does one HAVE to have a Gmail account to use the phone? I'd like to not have to sign in with my gmail. I know it's Android based, but it should be an option to not use one?
Sometimes the clock on the lock screen vanishes. Sometimes it shows.
I ended up doing a factory reset and that seems to have corrected the missing clock issue.
Is there any way to get the clock as the lock screen on the 9650? I just got mine today and love the big flip clock display and would love to make this the lock screen somehow, but it only displays when charging. I can't believe there is a setting for this? Sweet phone by the way, I went from an 8330.

I installed Dash Clock with the notifier extensions. The problem is when I add it to the lock screen it adds it to the second lockscreen so I have to swipe across to see it. The normal standard clock remains on the main lockscreen. Am I doing something wrong? I am adding the widget by swiping from right left and clicking on the + icon, the + icon appears on a new screen not on the screen with the built in clock.
