Now, I get the basic idea and steps but I want to make sure I am headed down the right path.Basically, it seems straight forward though I am sure there are details missing from time to time. If anyone has any pointers in that regard, I'd much appreciate it. Also, it seems post Cyanogen install, there is an optional SPL install. In the guide, it mentions the Hard SPL and a warning in regards to having to update your "Radio" first, otherwise it will brick. Does anyone have specific information regarding this?

If I download it on my computer and then sync it to the iphone it installs and then the app icon disapears. I have just updated my OVI Maps 3.0 to 3.03 on my Nokia E52 which I regret a lot. I don't have a dashboard, tools, internet connection setting is a mess, no compass controls so some reason it goes online with 3G and WLAN simultaneously. Before WLAN was a priority. Can anyone tell me how can I install old ovi maps 3.01 (or whatever it was before) without resetting the whole phone? On the ovi website it gives me only new 3.03, no old ones.

I just got my new phone c5 00 (5mp) recently and i discovered some serious problems with it. The biggest problem is that i cant install any software for my phone, like .sis and .sisx files. I know about the certificate process which is also a problem but my phone cant even get to that. Everytime i try to install an app, opera mini 7 for example, straight from m.opera.com, it just pops up "File corrupted" error And nokia suite, nokia pc suite,... cant sync with my phone, it wont accept any software install from nokia suite ( "file corrupted" ). This really **bleep** me off Java do just fine, but what's the point of having a s60v3 that can only run java apps?
