know if the HTC EVO from Sprint accesses Wi-Fi and the Sprint 3G/4G network at the same time or does the phone choose one or the other. I just wanted to know if the phone was connected via Wi-Fi via a Sprint MiFi along with being on the Sprint Network in the phone at the same time. Trying to get maxium data transfer rate.

I'd like to run a Metronome App (which actually keeps running even if I "back out" to the main screen - as opposed to some other apps that quit if you "back out" to the main screen) while I listen to iTunes (a downloaded podcast, for example) or while I'm watching/listening to a YouTube Video. Is possible? Â I would not be listening to music with the metronome in the background.

From what I can tell, it looks like since we will be new AT&T customers we will only be able to initially buy 1 IPhone 4. A bit of a problem, since we each want one. We were planning on going to the Apple store to sign up for a family plan (since apparently you can't sign up for a family plan via the Apple website) and reserve the phones.
Would it be possible to sign up for a family plan now, without buying any phones, and then buy two IPhones? Alternatively, is it possible that when we go to reserve we'll just be able to order two phones? Or is it possible to just sign up for two individual plans and then merge them into a family plan? Otherwise we may have a throw down over who get the phone!

I sometimes use my RAZR to connect to a WiFi hotspot that has no Internet access. (I'm in the field running a computerized telescope.) In that situation, is it possible to use the 4G LTE channel to establish an Internet connection so I can check email, etc.? If so, how would I set this up? Ideally I would want to have a Smart Action or a toggle to switch between normal mode and my astronomy mode.I'm running the new .181 OTA, stock.

However, i wish to have playback on both the projector screen and my iPhone, but iPhone only shows a TV-out screen. My teacher says it could be a mechanism for the phone save on energy during playback by choosing to only play the video through AirPlay and not on the iPhone Called Apple Support but i didn't really get the answer that i needed. Will this problem be solved if i used an Apple TV instead? Or are there existing third-party apps available that will achieve my desired effect?

Usually, Google Talk supports multiple clients being active, you can have it running at the same time on your PC, on your laptop and your android phone. But not on your N8 phone! The client on my Nokia works, but as soon as another client is started, say, on PC, it disconnects.

Ever since updating my OS to version 6.x from 5x OS I can no longer open a mms with a pic/video and sound bite simultaneously. i.e. If someone sends a video with sound file or a picture with sound file, it used to open simultaneously. Now it only shows as a separate pic/vid to open and separate sound file to open. It used to work before the upgrade and no longer works. I tried every which I can to change setting on my phone but no matter what it always separates the file.

My new 6P arrived and my favourite feature is the Imprint sensor to turn on screen and simultaneously lock it. Having my phone be alive when i pick it up and screen off when I don't is a real feature - what I was wondering is could we use the Imprint sensor to get around the problem where you're browsing and your screen turns off due to display time out. If it were possible to have the imprint act as a "keep the screen on, I'm using it" button it would be fantastic.
