Galaxy S5 :: How To Delete Unsupported Files In Gallery On Phone
Dec 16, 2015I went previously to settings, application mgr, Galaxy apps,cleared cach/data, forced stop. I went back to galaxy and tried to delete pictures and it still won't let me delete and "unsupported file" continues to come up. What can I do to get these pics of my phone?

Nov 15, 2014Gallery was populated with pictures from facebook, picasa and who knows where else. I am not able to delete any of those pictures. I've gone to Settings>accounts>Google and Settings>accounts>facebook and unchecked everything related to sync. I have gone to app manager, but Gallery is not on the list, so how do I erase the cache? There are zillions of photos that I do not need on the phone and many of them appear in duplicate, triplicate.

And I also tried Dropbox in new galaxy s5, all the photos are doubled. one is original and other one's are duplicate (few Kb's). I had around 900 photos from iPhone to new galaxy s5, but in Dropbox- total photos are around 1700. Is there anyway I can delete duplicate one's easily.
secondly, drop-box setting is "sync via WI-fi". even if i don't click any new picture or video, its still backing up every-time. at one point it says" up to date" after few hours it syncing again.

Jul 13, 2015I have the international SM-G920I version of the S6, running the latest 5.1.1 update.Recently, it has started giving me issues in the Google Photos app. I am unable to back up any photos. When I go open the app and go to the Assistant tab, it always shows "Backing up 1 item out of XX".
When I go to the "Backup & Sync" settings of the app, I get constant toast notifications saying "Backing up 1 out of XX". I factory reset my phone and tried again, however the issue persists. I am able to upload photos onto Google Photos using my computer, so it does not seem to be an issue in my Google account.
