I've tried deleting this one playlist that was created when I moved my music files on to my phone (internal memory, not SD card). It deletes but after a few hours or after a day or so, it just randomly reappears. I've deleted the files (mp3s) and this playlist just keeps coming back, even with no songs inside.
What can I do? I've deleted via google play music and the music app.
I have a rooted galaxy s6 on at&t and every time I try to delete a pre installed app it keeps coming right back. I read about dt ignite, but cannot find it anywhere in my applications.
All photos I take are automatically backed up to Google photos.
When I have deleted photos from Google photos or even from the gallery on the g3 sometimes these deleted pictures will reappear. It might be a week later or longer?!?
The pictures on my phone are saved to an sd card and also backed up as described above. Could it be linked somehow to Google photos?
I have two Time Warner RoadRunner email addresses set up on my Droid. Inexplicably, sometimes when I delete emails, they reappear as a new incoming email either the same day or even many days after deletion.Sometimes, I can delete the same email multiple times before it stops reappearing.I do not want to change the setting on my RoadRunner set-up to "delete after reading" because then I will not see these emails when I get home from work and login on my laptop or my desktop.Somehow, the Droid cannot seem to distinguish that an email has already been read and deleted.
Not long ago I took screenshots of in my phone (Xperia Z3) and camera shots which I then sent in a group chat on Facebook to some friends. Not long after I deleted them and it was fine. Recently I have noticed those photos are coming back whenever someone in the group chat sends a photo. Based on this I believe it has something to do with the Accounts section with syncs the contacts and such to your phone. Â It is always the same group of images that reappear despite the fact I constantly delete them. I have tried restoring the phone to factory settings, making backups with images deleted and restoring it, removing my accounts and retrying them along with several other solutions. However, I still cannot seem to delete the photos.Â
I just got a new BB 9700. My younger brother had uploaded porn videos in my phone. Later, I deleted them. However, the name of these videos still appear in my playlist. If I say delete a particular item, I get a message: Are you sure you want to delete "XXX"? When I say press on delete icon, nothing happens.I am avoiding formatting the card as I don't want to mess around wth the segregated folder present by default.I have already tried the following things:
1) Pulled the battery and put it back.
2) Pulled out the media card and put it back.
3) Connect it to the computer and see if the videos show up. They do not.
I deleted by mistake some music directly with my iphone (by swiping finger on the title and pressing the red delete button on iphone music app). All deleted music are on my itunes and I want to Re-sync iphone to recovery all of my music, but those deleted music don't want to resync. How to re sync deleted music on iphone but still present in iTunes?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 on Verizon. Stock Email program with corporate Exchange email account. 2 emails that I delete on the phone just won't go away. No matter how many times I delete them, or which method I use, I even tried moving them to the Trash folder, they pop back up in my inbox. Confirmed they are completely deleted on the Exchange server. I have cleared the cache and cleared the data on the multiple Email programs in the application manager multiple times, they still come back, just these two specific emails. I also booted into the menu and wiped the whole cache partition, no luck.
I'm new to using a Samsung Galaxy s5 and Adroid altogether. I recently added an SD card to my device and have no issues adding files to it but I'm wondering, is there a way to make my music into playlists? Or is that something you can only do if my music is on my device?
I have been using Power Amp for years but I can never seem to get the Backup and restore correctly when it come to backing my playlist.Because of data cap and T-Mobile coverage, I don't stream my music.
Seems Touch-Wiz on 4.4.2 has taken away this feature. On my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active I could use Any Cut to create a short cut, and while Any Cut still has limited functionality on 4.4.2 it no longer shows Playlists. Just trying to create a shortcut to a playlist, so I do not have to navigate through multiple screens to start the playlist I want to play.
How to prevent emails that have already been read & deleted from my wife's Ray re-appearing later (sometimes days later) as new ones in the notification disc on the email icon & in the inbox? It happens on both Hotmail & btinternet accounts in large enough numbers to be a real timewaster deleting them all again & again. (I have to say this doesn't happen on my iPhone - when they're gone they're gone.)
I spend a lot of time deleting old e-mail from my device because it's copied there when I open an old e-mail in Outlook.O2 tell me my BB is set up correctly. My IT Support guy tells me Outlook looks okay. But something's causing this to happen.
Every time i select the home page my phone asks me to select home ie: Google now launcher or easy home or home then has a tick and use as default app underneath it states To show this pop up again go to settings >apps and tap clear defaults!
Basically, if I begin to type an e-mail message (doesn't matter what e-mail account I use) and stop typing it (where it makes a draft), if I cancel/delete that draft and never send the e-mail, the draft still exists on my phone somewhere I can't see. How do I know this? Because, just about every day, I'll get some notifications in the notification center re: those messages being unread/unsent. Clicking on those messages will pull me into the draft I was working on, but tapping "cancel" again (instead of send) on the draft will no longer prompt the dialog confirming I want to cancel and delete the draft. It just exits the message. Modifying the draft will cause the prompt to show up again, but clicking delete does not get rid of the draft on my phone. Sending the draft does not get rid of it either. It will reappear later. I have 3 e-mail accounts on my phone and it happens with ALL of them. One of them is POP and the other 2 are Exchange based. I reproduced it again yesterday with my Comcast POP account, this time actually saving the draft and deleting it for kicks.
1. Started typing an e-mail message.
2. Decided to cancel the e-mail message.
3. Prompt occured to delete or save the draft.
4. Selected delete.
5. Draft appears to be GONE.
6. Sometime later, in the notification center, my draft will show up there. I can tap the draft in the notification center to be taken back to it.
7. Tapping cancel at this point will just exit out of the draft. Sending the draft will send the e-mail message but it will appear in the notification center later. Typing more text on the draft, hitting cancel and delete will still cause the draft to show back up later in the notification center.
I've also tried a varation of saving the first draft, going into the drafts folder under Mail and deleting the draft there... but it comes back.ay try a erase all content and settings then reconfigure everything. is these drafts are searchable in the spotlight but you can't find them normally in the Mail app.
Edit: Forgot to add that I also deleted all the e-mail accounts and readded them too.
is that google has something to do with this. I have google backup (it just copies the text to my gmail account) - it's good to have history, at least for me. However, something is really strange. Every once in a while, a bunch of old text messages come up - and keep going. These things only have a time stamp on them so I can only tell that they aren't new by their content! They don't get logged as new in my gmail.I have used a backup app to delete them all. No good, they keep popping up.So, this is either a "feature" of the droid or motorola or verizon or google. Other straing things happen in droid OS, so I don't completely discount that but my feeling is that google "backup" is doing more than just that.
Since yesterday my Blackberry is constantly displaying the following message: "Assign a Speed Dial to the R key?" Although it gives me the option to press yes / No, I can't actually press no! Pressing yes takes me to the address book, but only allows me to type R - whatever else I try to do! In a message, the touchpad now also prints Rs. It keeps appearing, and now when I type a message, the letter R keeps appearing at odd times, either lower or upper case. I have rebooted (i.e. taken battery out many times, to no avail!
My Z3 phone keep on appear a message saying that my mobile data is disable when I scroll to open my phone or scroll down (from top) to view notification.
How to get rid of the message and it is necessary to switch on the mobile data which will cost me money?
My new nokia N8 is constantly coming up with the message "connect usb cable to device". I'll click ok and 2 minutes later it will reappear. When I connect it to a usb, it disappears but will then reappear when I unplug. I've tried updating software but none is available, and there is no programs running on the phone. When I turn off and on I still get the same problem.
Yesterday I accidentally deleted the calculator app from my S6. I only had a few seconds to do some math, so when I clicked the calculator button I didn't realize my app screen was in edit mode and just blindly clicked the ok button. This wound up deleting or disabling the calculator app, I'm not sure which.
