Sep 16, 2012I just updated my E72 to firmware 91.004, it's solved several problems, but has brought a new one now. Whenever I open a playlist in the music player, and press a letter (to search for that letter), the music player crashes. It doesn't crash if the playlist is small though (I'm not sure what the limit is). Has anyone else experienced this?

Nov 29, 2011Post update version081.003, all my emails have stopped working. Also i am unable to setup any new email account. a message pops up showing- "unable to create mailbox". i have also done the hard reset and restore factory settings,still no success. its very sad to see nokia updates tend to create more problems then solving them. is there any way to install the previous software version?

Oct 1, 2010i cant hear the sound from the phone speaker whenever i play any song in the music player but the sound works fine when using the head set.
But whenever i plugin with the usb and try playing the sound, it works find playing it on the phone speaker.
Even when someone is calling, the tones wont work....

Nov 18, 2012so i changed the battery on my e7-00 the other day, after following a tutorial on Internet. i changed it with no problems, reassembled, and then turned the phone back on, and now the phone does not recognise when the qwerty keyboard is opened, and it hence does not turn the screen, nor type the correct letters. the phone had no problems prior to this happening.

Jan 6, 2010I've tried to update the software (maps 3.1 + Python2.0) on my E52 via the software updater on both the phone itself and the Nokia PC Suite but it doesn't want to do it, despite the fact that I have 14GB (!) free memory on the sd card and also sufficient internal memory. It gives the message: 'Not enough memory for update. Delete soms data and try again.'
I have the latest firmware update. Does anyone know a fix?
