I recently updated my email program on my E75. Everytime I receive an email my select button light starts to flash, just like when I receive a text or have missed a call.

I changed the Gmail accounts to sync email every 15 minutes. The Exchange account works but not the gmail accounts. Gmail has IMAP already enabled.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHad my E7 since May but this problem has been around for most of that time. The phone can be sat there without anyone touching it when all of a sudden the light on the back (I assume the flash light) comes on of its own accord. It is very bright and I can't switch it off.I took the phone back to the store twice already and the second time the guy in the store could also see it happening but the repairers are failing to find the fault.Sometimes the light stays on and the screen lights up and then fades. Other times (like today) the light comes on and the unlock slide key on the left hand side of phone fails to work. Only unlocking the phone via screen will work.Have checked and no applications are running so not sure what is going wrong. Anyone else had any similar problems because I am baffled.

I have to press cancel for abt 5 to 6 times before it stops momentarily. This is very irritating. Is there any way to solve this problem?

my Nokia E63 camera light has been staying on, i dont know how to get rid of it, i think its using more of the battery, and when i turn it off it remains on, the only way it disapears is when i take the battery out.
View 2 Replies View RelatedPreviously I had to format and factory reset my nokia e7 , after the format I found out that when I send and SMS and I receive the delivery , the notification light start blinking , and as soon as I touch the touch screen or press on any of the phone buttons ( like the home key, volume or unlock ) it stops blinking , I'm sure it only has to blink when I receive an SMS , not when I receive a delivery.

It tries once but the brackets remain white and focus is not fixed, if i take the photo it is blurry.

If the 'Light sensor' slider in the settings is set to the minimum or one position above the minimum and I put the phone under bright light (for example outdoors in sunny days), the display goes completely off. If I cover the light sensor with something or put the phone in lower light, it turns on again. I think it's software problem, but not sure. Does anybody else have similar problem or my e5 has some fault?

One of the most annoying features i found so far is that phone's keypad light doesn't turn on when you want to type the passcode for unlocking the phone. Even if you manage to unlock & want to type an SMS or a browser URL, still the keypad light is OFF. This makes it really annoying & next to impossible to type proper keys in darkness.When you leave the phone without touching any keys till its screen goes little dimmer, then when you press any navigation keys, then the keypad light actually turns on!

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy E7 ambient light sensor glows faint red when I try to connect a fring voice call (and the phone stops responding) or when certain apps (pocket lock) for instance is running. is there any issue with my phone? will the "Glow" burn my proximity sensor? is this an indication of any problem with the application. I only istall applications downloaded from OVI store.
