I upgraded to Facebook 2.0.0.37 on my 9630. When I delete messages that include Facebook notifications, my phone locks up and I receive the following:
Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_facebook_lib (131) is not responding; process terminated.
I have to remove my battery to restart my phone. I've searched online for this specific exception and I am unable to find a solution to my issue.
i got an error message uncaught exception: index 74>=74 after i restarted my Blackberry Tour 9630 Smartphone. then i suddenly noticed that the SMS icon disappeared. I cant send and receive SMS. i tried removing the attery and sim card but still gettinng the error message, what do i need to do?

I am on sprint and running .419. I can make phone calls and everything, but just curious what that error message means.
Also, I am no longer getting MMS messages with this update, everything comes through as a SMS, and I have to use that dreaded sprint picture mail to see the message. In which the message never comes out clear.....

View 4 Replies View RelatedI am quite new to the BB world and am encountering a few problems. I have a BB Curve 8520 which is running OS 5.2. At times when I reboot my handheld it shows Uncaught exception 9 > = 9 or Uncaught exception 7 > = 7. I read a bit about it on the forums and found it may be because the system has an if command but there is no end command which may cause this error. Now I am technically not very sound and want to know what should I do to eradicate this problem!!
Also, how many times should one reboot their phone? I mean should it be daily? I read somewhere on the forums here only that it is good to do it daily if at some point I am not clear enough or asking a lot of questions, however,
After doing the upgrade i been having troubles with blank sent messages and not receiving messages for over 4 hours after the sender sent them. Then i get all messages at on time sometimes up to 6 or 7 messages , i can send them but not receive . Also i get this "uncaught exception : ApplicationRegistry.waitfor(0x9850447e783b0596) timeout " ever since the upgrade also usually after connecting to dtm or removing the battery . Service provider told me to go back to the original 4.6 version that the device came with, where do i find the 4.6 software ? Or does anyone have any suggestions to fix the 5.0 version ?

View 5 Replies View RelatedAfter the latest update to 6.0 bundle 2333 (v6.0.0524) I've had a problem with the bluetooth. The blue indicator light is almost always on. I can connect it with my Ford Sync once and then after that the phone thinks it's still connected, even with the car shut off and with the bluetooth turned off. If I receive a call, the bluetooth asks if i want it routed to the handset. I cannot make any phone calls either. The party I am calling gets hung up on and on my end, I hear nothing. Taking the battery out and restarting the phone will give me one more cycle of this. If I try to then connect it a second time in the car, the car says my phone is unavailable. At some point I will invariably receive this error message "Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bluetooth (129) is not responding. Process terminated"
