BB Torch :: Lost All Languages Besides English UK
May 6, 2011I have a Torch 9800. Made an update 60 bundle 1165. I lost all my languages besides English UK. Cannot find any solution on the device nether with the desktop software (60244) .

Nov 29, 2011Last week I did a device software update, I am currently running OS 6.0, Bundle 2949. First of all, my Twitter and Facebook Apps were downgraded to versions from when I was still using my BB Bold. More annoyingly, I lost some languages on my device. I had Spanish, French, Italian, German, English and Dutch. Since the update I have Russian, Greek, Dutch and English (US and UK), but I cannot add or delete any of these through desktop manager.
I tried deleting and adding in the same update sequence. I tried deleting only, then I tried adding only, and every time I get an error saying the action (or update) "could not be validated due to unsatisfied dependencies." So then I tried deleting a regular app, thinking maybe there was an "unsatisfied dependency" in an app. Same error, and nothing happened. And the same again with a different app.
BB Torch :: Cannot Send Emails In Other Asian Languages - Received Fine
Sep 6, 2011I can receive emails that contain other languages, like chinese and korean. However, well I reply emails in those languages, people only receive symbols. I try to send it to my own email address as well, I also only receive symbols, like question marks. I'm using rogers but I don't think it has anything to do with the carriers because it was okay before.

Apr 14, 2011the default dictionary that comes with the Nokia E71 doesn't allow adding more than 2 languages for some reason. Currently, I have English, Hebrew and Russian in the dictionary, but I want to add French and German, or at least one of them because I am learning those languages....And whenever I try to add any new languages and I start the dictionary, it would take me to the "Remove a language" screen and if I click cancel it will exit.... - English
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Bahasa Malaysia
