I take a picture or video, and then go into my picture or video folder, it says that I don't have any. Not too sure what the deal is with this. I was able to do it before and had a few pictures, videos, and wallpapers, and all of a sudden they're all gone and I can't save any new ones to my phone.
View 1 RepliesI bought a new X10 mini Pro 2 days back and tried taking some pictures on the phone. The camera does not not get activated when I press teh Key avalable at the side of the phone. When i activate the camera from the application menu, I could focus and also use the flash to take picture. A green dot appears at the top left corner of the screen and blinks for some time indicating it is ready to shoot. I also get a beep sound as it should normally happen when the shot is successful. But, the pictures are not saved on my phone. I tried both inserting a sim card and without it.
View 3 Replies View RelatedIn Anna I could find pictures in file management in order to move/copy them to memory stick, but that seems to be not possible in Belle. Also the phone guide tells you can select where to save the pictures by going to Settings - Application settings - camera - Photo or Video. Unfortunately in my N8 Belle there is no possibility to select any folder for saving the pictures. So I can not find the new pictures anywhere to remove them from the phone without using computer.

My BB bold 9700 now has a white screen. suspected internal screen crack. i need to save my pics, videos, contacts etc. i have downloaded the BB media sync and BB desktop software from the BB website. when i connect via usb to the desktop P.C it states connecting but never actually connects on bb desktop software. is there anything i can do to save / transfer to dekstop p.c the media on there?
i just know when i send it to get repaired, everything will prob be wiped clean.
When I take a picture, it shows that its taking the picture I can even view it for a while on the screen, but once it goes away and I try to find it, its not there.
I have tried checking my media card and found nothing.
When I go to pictures where I could previously seen all the pictures that I have taken it now says "o Pictures, you can take pictures with the camera or Sync with your computer"
I record then go look for the video and can not find it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI purchased BB torch last week.When I store songs on card via USB, in computer it shows that songs r on card or device, but in the cell phone i just cannot view them?Also, the pictures i click from blackberry does not appear in cell or i cannot simply view them. But when I connect to laptop I can view them in the camera folder.
Also when i browse the cell like followsmedia>options>explorei canot view any folder in cell.
Since the last OS update, the camera on my phone won't save pictures properly - almost every picture looks fine until you press the button, then what is saved is a color blocked mess of random junk. Every once in a while it will actually save a picture properly - maybe one out of fifteen or so. Previous attempts to contact BB support have been futile.
