May 27, 2012My wife and I both have I-phones that we purchsed this fall. They are they are the version prior to the Suri(sp) - OS 5.1.1. My wife would like to be able to access my itunes account that is synced with my iphone. Can she do this? We would like her phone to be able to get itunes songs etc from my account. We keep our account on our desktop computer - that is where we do most of our downloading. Can we transfer our previous purchased music to her account.

BB Style :: Desktop Software Will Not Recognize 9670
Jan 12, 2011I am a seasoned BB user, I cannot get the desktop manager to recognize my new Style. I believe that it could be a driver issue because it wont recognize my Bold either. I have reloaded the software on this PC but my USB ports are working fine. I have reloaded the software 3 times. Also, using the desktop loader on the phone is indicates no option for the 9670 phone.

Dec 30, 2010I recently bought a Blackberry Style, and am connecting to a WIndows7 PC with Outlook 2010. I set the Blackberry desktop software to sync to Outlook, and it worked the first few times. However, now every time I open the desktop software or try to manually sync, it reads the calendar entries but then I get the following error message: "One or more configured folders is not available. Update folder mapping and try again."

Have done all the troubleshooting stuff on Apple website (the usual turn on / turn off iphone, restart computer, uninstall and reinstall itunes) but no luck.
The US cable seems t be fine as its charging the phone while connected.

May 24, 2012I had an iPhone 4 but sent it in to get serviced, so I'm using a 3GS backup. I tried to back up my 4 before I sent it in, but iTunes or iPhoto wouldn't recognize my phone. Jun 20, 2012I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1.1 last night and I noticed today that my phone is not recognized anymore by iTunes. It does show up in My Computer, and it will charge via USB port as well. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled iTunes multiple times. Someone posted on a blog that this happened to them and they restored their phone again by putting it into DFU mode, so I attempted this with no success. This ended up getting me to the point where I would get iTunes' error #1611 every time I tried to restore. For some reason (after multiple iTunes reinstalls), I was able to get my phone back up and working with iOS 5.1.1 again. However, this time my software seems to work the same except for the fact that my texts are green once again. It still will not be recognized by iTunes. I have checked that my Mobile Device service is started, running, and set to Automatic. For now, at least my phone is running again.
