I use two blackberry's with different bbm contact lists on each of them. I want to combine the two bbm lists onto one device. My understanding is that if i backup BB#1 and then use that back-up file to restore it on BB#2, then my orginal bbm list on BB#2 will get erased (and replaced with the contact list of BB#1).

I talk to someone who sends me imessages to my phone number from their phone, and also from their ipad to my email. Both phone number and email are under the same contact. But the mesages go into 2 different threads. Id like to combine them since being under the same contact they show up exactly the same in the messages list.. so i cant tell if im messaging the ipad or the phone..
ideally id like to write a message to that contact and it would go to both their ipad and iphone.
Right now I have multipule contacts on my atrix that are "linked." Is there anyway to permanently consolidate all the linked contacts into one and export all my contacts as a csv file for outlook and gmail?

However, I am unable to sync it either wirelessly or through the desktop application. The desktop application seems to be unable to find that list. I have a user who had a Bold 9700, which contained 5 address books all called Desktop. 3 of these were empty, one had 403 contacts and the other had 452 contacts. The one with 403 contacts sync'd up with Outlook no problem, however it seems as though whenever he added a contact directly to the device it went to the other list with 452. Blackberry Desktop can't seem to see these contacts to sync to the computer.
He was due a device upgrade, so we went to a Torch 9800. I backed up the data from his old device and restored it to the new one. Now I have 2 address books; one called Desktop with 403 items and the other called Unknown with 452 items. Again, the "Unknown" one can't be seen by Blackberry Desktop Software and won't sync to his PC.
All the fixes I've managed to find have involved deleting his lists on the device and resyncing from the Outlook client. This doesn't help me unfortunately, as he has hundreds of contacts on his device which don't exist in Outlook at all.
how I can either get the desktop software to see the "Unknown" list, or merge the two together.

When I get a call or text from someone on my contact list, about half the time it only shows the Number but not the Contact Name. This is very frustrating b/c I obviously don't have all my Contact numbers memorized, and so don't know who is sending me a text or phone call (this is especially annoying while texting!!!)I've talked with my service provider multiple times and they have tried to help, but say it's really an RIM issue and needs to be address by them.

The easiest example is when you use apps like facebook for the first time, you see a terms and conditions pop up. At the bottom of this popup is a small blue arrow to indicate there is more to read if you scroll down. I can't scroll down... the cursor just goes off screen.
This problem is persistant throughout the phone in the blackberry side menu, the home page and on web pages. Basically I cannot scroll anything that requires scrolling to view more. The cursor just dissappears off the screen.
I have tried removing the battery (whilst turned on) to no avail. I have tried adjusting fonts (another list that will not scroll) and Orange tech support were unable to help.
my reminders worked on my iPhone befre update, now the only list availble is completed, which is blank. everything works on my ipad.i have tried turning on and off icloud reminders - nothing. restart - nothing. sync - nothing. backup - nothing. how do I get my iPhone lists back working
