I'm about to acquire a iPhone 4s and would appreciate guidance on copying my Blackberry Bold 9700 contacts lists to my new iPhone. Is there a quicker way than copying the contacts to the sim card on the BB and importing them to the iPhone?

When I get a call or text from someone on my contact list, about half the time it only shows the Number but not the Contact Name. This is very frustrating b/c I obviously don't have all my Contact numbers memorized, and so don't know who is sending me a text or phone call (this is especially annoying while texting!!!)I've talked with my service provider multiple times and they have tried to help, but say it's really an RIM issue and needs to be address by them.
