I got my blackberry curve 9300 back from repair and it is working fine until I try and text someone. I type out the message and a little message pops up and reads "unidentified subscriber" but if I call the same number that works fine.

I've had my blackberry for a week and I've been pretty impressed with it I don't really make many calls but the one number I need to actually call everyday it will not connect when I dial and it's not sending messages to it either could it be because it is an iphone I'm trying to call? All of my other messages are sending to my other contacts just not this one. I really need to call this number.
I'm not sure why this is and i have tried pretty much everything. people can only hear me when i have my phone on speaker phone.. i cant afford a new iphone since they are like $600 without an upgrade.
I have a Sony Xperia Z3 on the T-Mobile network and as of two months ago now, I have been unable to call or text my girlfriend. She has an iPhone 5 also on the T-Mobile network.
When the problem began, we had been texting for half of the day and she suddenly stopped receiving my texts.
Now the texts show as delivered on my end, but she never gets them and when I try calling it goes straight to voice-mail. She can receive texts and calls from everyone else, while I can also text and call anyone besides her.
We went through both our phones and I'm most definitely not on her blocked list. Tried restarting and re-adding each others numbers but nothing happens.
I only had my blackberry on Friday through Vodafone.First time I connected to pc it said I needed to upgrade software, so I did.Is it right that I cannot separate emails, sms messages and call log as they all go into the same place? Also I cannot save phone numbers from people who text me into contacts?
I just bought a blackberry curve 9300. I wonder why I can't make a call thru my phone. I can only hear a message saying "your call cannot be connected, please check your phone settings". However, I can receive phone calls. I can also send and receive SMS messages.
After upgrading my BlackBerry Curve 3G (9300) to OS 6 bundle 2949 there's no chance to disconnect a phone call (to end a call); neither by clicking the red button nor by using the BlackBerry-Menu. I just can disconnect by putting my BB in holster or by clicking on the connect/disconnect-button of my bluetooth-headset. (Of course this works only if I'm using it and if it's connected.). Otherwise I have to wait, until the other one hangs up. But that doesn't work, if I check my voicemail, because it waits for my disconnect.
I Work in a hospital setting and often need to communicate with emergency personnel, the group consists of approx 40-50 people. I would like to assign all these contacts into an immediately accessible text group. I know about enabling groups under the settings tab, but selecting individuals each time is cumbersome and defeats the STAT nature of the messaging.
I'm on a BB Curve 9300. Trying to do some call-forwarding but I cant find it. I've searched for prolly 30 mins now and cant find an effective answer. All the answers seem to be saying the same thing:Press the Send keyPress the Menu keySelect OptionsSelect Call ForwardingThe thing is once I goto Options in step 3, I dont see Call Forwarding anywhere.
I have a blackberry curve 9300, and I love it excpet I'm having problems with text message notifiers. Usually, when you have a new text message, a yellow envelope pops up along with how many text messages you have. Well mine wont tell me how many text messages I have anymore, and it just randomly stopped working one day.
Whenever I send a text to someone on my iPhone, they say they receive it from my email, not my number. I looked at Messages in the settings and when it showed my number (above my email) it said verifying. I also looked at FaceTime in the settings and when it showed my number it said error. How do I make it so people receive my texts from my number?
I am using BB curve 9300 3G, and OS 6.0. Around 2 months back, I was having issue with my BB so sent it to service center. When it came back, the OS was upgraded to 6.0 from 5.0. All is fine except now the text messages are getting deleted after few days. What remains is the name of the sender in green with no message in it. Even in settings, I have kept "forever" in the tab "Days to keep messages".
My blackberry 9300 came back from a repair due to an issue re battery not charging correctly. Since then on one particular mobile number can ring through to it but when trying to send a message to this same number it states 'identified subscriber'.
I wonder if anyone can help me. I am using the nokia 5310 and even though I am using a sim card with all my names stored in it, when I get a call or a text from someone who is in my phonebook it still just shows up as a number.
Also the names are not in order in my phone book.I am using this phone in Canada, and I got it from Ireland so the time on my incoming messages is 5 hours behind. So many issues!!
