Safari Pop Ups Redirect To App Store On IPhone?
Jun 20, 2014Every time I click something in a website while browsing with safariĀ a pop up comes about in a new window then I am redirected to the App Store. This makes using safari pretty useless and I'd like to fix the problem.

Dec 5, 2011Good day. I'm a very happy Blackberry customer but I have a bit of a problem though. Facebook is a everyday encounter and I use it mostly for business purposes. My Blackberry encounters an error every time i access Facebook mobile as I don't use the app. The error reads: "Exceeded maximum redirect attempts to server m.facebook.com." It's funny though as it only does this with a particular facebook account. I Restored the device to factory settings and most common troubleshooting operations have been performed. I now don't know what to do now.

Jan 7, 2015Every time I have to use my Samsung galaxy S5, press the home button to restore the desktop screen and swipe to open, a message appears telling me about a battery saving app or something else then opens a webpage to buy or download an app.
I've tried CCleaner and Avast to get rid of it but they do not find anything.
I would have to press the return button several times to get back to my home-screen.
What caused this and how can I get rid of it?
BB Bold :: Cannot "select" The Folders In Folder Redirect
Mar 30, 2012I have a new BB 9900 with T-Mobile. We use hosted MS Exchange from Appriver. I have setup the BES connection and receive all NEW emails, but I cannot see any other emails in any folder.
I understand this should be solved by selecting folders under the FOLDER REDIRECTION menu. However, when I go to that menu, I see my "folder tree" but cannot actually check-off any folders. They either turn "blue" or clear, but never a checkbox. I even tried DESELECT all and SELECT all but no difference.
I'm using OS 7.1.0 Bundle 998

Aug 9, 2012Can Receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls. Plus texting is working find both incoming and out going.

Apr 26, 2012All of a sudden I cannot hear anything when making calls and I cannot hear anything when answering calls?? It rings both ways but when I answer I don't hear the other party and they cannot hear me. When i call someone I don't hear it ringing even though it say calling, then connected.

May 12, 2012I have a blackberry curve 9360, My friend calls my phone and I never get her call, her call goes straight to voice mail and my phone doesnt ring. But we can text each other. I also tried calling her 3 times, she has an iphone and her phone doesnt ring or show history of my call. Im pretty sure my call didnt go through.

Sep 26, 2011Recently got a replacement phone (curve 3g 9300) after losing my first one, got a new sim card with it, got the number swapped across to the new sim, put it in to an old phone and it worked sending and receiving texts, put it in the new phone, and it will no longer receive or send texts, and whenever I try to call someone it says no service available. However I can use bbm, facebook, and the internet with no problem at all.

Aug 24, 2010Bought a Curve from a freind and was going great but now its stopped making or recieving calls. He had an 02 sim in it and I'm on Vodaphone and had no probs when I first put my sim in. It just comes up with call failed when I try to call out and wont take incoming calls either. Theres no barring on the phone that I can see and I get internet with an excellent signal.

Jan 8, 2010So yeah, my wives 8310 battery reports between 50-100% charge, and if she is in a call, bam it shuts off, and will only turn back on, on charger. I would think it was battery BUT; this happened every day while in California, we went to South Carolina for the holidays (whole month of december), and it happened only once.OS is up to date, I upgraded to latest to make sure that wasn't the issue, happened following day (in Cali)and battery is 2 y/o. Anyone ever hear of this anomaly?

Mar 12, 2011I have a cell phone so I can place and recieve calls and my 9330 won't place calls (it "connects" but there s no sound and when the person "I called" answers there is a clicking sound), answer calls (it rings, and the "talk" nor "select" buttons work) nor play media files through the media plaers (I always get the same error msg "there was an error in playback"). I have no idea if it is related, but "app world" disappeared as well as any screen identifying the OS. I am stymied, frustrated and on my way to being really upset.

Jan 11, 2012I have a few missed calls and can never know the number from who it's coming from, only that it's unknown and the time when I was called. I know normal cellphones know and if I answer an unknown call, that the number is stored in the phone. How can I know the phone numbers of the calls I missed?

BB Curve :: 8250 Disconnecting Calls?
Dec 26, 2011My curve started disconnecting calls yesterday. SMS, MMS, BBM all work perfectly fine but I am unable to make outgoing calls without it disconnecting, and I must pick up before the second ring if there is an incoming call. If I reregister my phone, I am usually able to make one successful call before it stops working again. I have reloaded the software, and taken out the battery and SIM card. Nothing seems to work.

Dec 11, 2011I have a 8330 curve that was originally for sprint but unlocked to verizon. I have 37403473 bytes free before the battery pull and after replacement i have 38160293 bytes free after replacement. the applications i have are verizon backup assistant, BB core app, BB system software, BB app world, BB attachment service,japanese characters, korean characters, maps. BBM, simplified chinese, traditional chinese, brickbreaker, browser, documents to go, ethink memory, email setup, facebook, memo pad, myverizon, password keeper, phone and tasks.I do not know what a bt model/version is.
My problem is that I cannot make phone calls. my phone will say connected and the person's phone will ring but when the call is 'connected' neither one can hear the other. the only time i can make phone calls is after a battery replacement, if i have the phone plugged in i may be able to answer for up to an hour, but with it just sitting off the plug it may only be minutes. but it does not disconnect phone calls, i can be on the phone for an hour, without being plugged in and i can continue with the call.

Sep 10, 2012My 2 yr old Curve 8530 has recently started to reboot about 5 minutes into any and all phone calls. When rebooting is completed, the battery has been exhausted and needs to be recharged to perform any functions.
Rebooting does NOT occur during any other function use.
