Mar 2, 2012I'm having lots of problems with my blackberry, sometime it freeze, giving me a white screen with a clock, and it can last 10 mins, and sometime i must reboot it. it used to be one of the best phone i had, turned into a frustrating device. sometimes i'm writing a text message, and it suddenly stops writing, and freeze. my battery life is a lot shorter too.

May 15, 2012I am having major issues with my Blackberry Curve 9300.The trackpad constantly freezes for up to 15 hours at a time. During this time the device is useless. I cannot scroll left to right, but sometimes I can still select by pressing the trackpad. This still make it useless as I cannot scroll to what I want to select.Pulling the battery does not fix this. I have good app memory so that's not the issue.

Dec 1, 2012My daughters phone used to connect as USB and you could see her phone from the computer (iMac, Windows). Now when she chooses USB it does not prompt for password, and only connects for charging as if she chose Charge Only.
I don't think it's the computer, same effect on our iMac and 2 Windows computers. Is there a setting in her phone which needs to be changed, or some software update (it seems to be fully updated)

Mar 1, 2012My curve 9360 was working fine earlier but when it ran out of battery I charged it up and it wont turn on. It goes on when the bar loads but as soon as it gets full, it just restarts the bar again and a little timer in the top left hand corner comes up everytime the bar goes full and re starts it's self.
