my phone was working earlier today, and all of a sudden i wasn't recieving texts at all.i've done the battery pull a few times, and i've called virgin mobile, and i have not recevied a call back.

I have deleted all my messages from my SIM card and turned off saving messages on the SIM card, I have deleted al,most EVERY SMS from my inbox and still getting that message!

I tried changing my firewall and MMS settings, but this has still left me without any incoming MMS messages. It is supposed to be included in my plan with Rogers.

Everything was working fine when all of a sudden I was not able to receive messages on BBM from my friends in Australia. So we deleted each other and now they are not able to add me as well. Whenever they try to add it goes in pending and their cell vibrates(as per their complain). They can add other users in India so issues should be with my BB service. I tried calling my customer care hundred's of times but they are not able to solve my problem. I even visited their store BUT ALL IN VAIN. Everytime they send me some service book and ask me to remove battery and insert it again and say hope it will work BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. I am fed up of all this calling them again and again doing the same useless things.My data plans are fine and I am able to send and receive BBM messages from my friends in INDIA.

When i sent the message, it just came up with the tick but no D or R. Both has same BB package.Both using OS 7.1.0.258Everything identically same.Both can login to WLM.The white one cannot receive messages. Can send but cannot receive. When I send from my laptop it seems already sent but phone does not receive anything.I installed old version, it worked once, when I logout and re login, doesn't work again.Uninstalled and re installed new version, still not working.I inserted black phones sim card (which is working) to white phone. Still same problem. So it's definitely not carrier problem.Uninstalled WLM again but this time also deleted all 3 service book too. Restart phone and reinstalled wlm again.

I could send MMS and everything else was fully functional.I figured it was an OS problem and upgraded to 5.0.0.592, but still no luck.I guess I'm a complete novice at this since the last BB I owned was the Pearl and that was two years ago, so is there a way I can clean the whole device and put everything back to factory settings and start from the ground up?would this tactic solve my issue, anyway?

today my phone would not send, recieve texts, or bbm messages.Took the battery out while it was on, and restarted it, it then sent texts for about 10 minutes and then did exactly the same.i also keep getting a white screen randomly, and the loading bar in the middle of the screen?
I have a Blackberry Curve 9300 with no data and the wifi doesnt work. I unlocked this blackberry and put my virgin SIM card in, even though the Blackberry was originally with Rogers. The phone works great except that I cant figure out how to get the wifi to work and how to send picture messages. Why cant i send MMS Picture Messages?
