Nov 3, 2011what settings do i need to change to avoid the black screen (or the watch during usb charging) and keep my screen highlighted when i have a missed call or text message?

May 21, 2012My xperia ray will notify me when I have missed a call. It only does this once, is this the phones characteristic or is there a setting to have it sound off continuosly until I have retreived it?

Dec 11, 2010I must be missing something... When I see my "missed calls" and click on the screen, I see a real basic/plain text listing for a missed call. But no immediate button to call that person back? Am I missing something? I must be...On my last Samsung, it would show "missed call" and all I had to do was then hit "call" and it was calling that person back.

Feb 1, 2015I just purchased a LG G3 (coming from a Note 3) and noticed that notifications do not wake up the lock screen like the Note did. Also, when I do receive a text, I have to swipe to unlock the screen and it does not give a preview of the text, only who sent it. Is this a limitation of the phone? For work, I need the preview on the lock screen.

Apr 13, 2010This is my first post and I hate to start with a problem but I'm at my witts end with this one. I've searched but couldnt find a similar post about the Bold 9700. For some reason, it does not show missed calls in the call log. I can only see them if I have a missed call at the time, but once I exit the missed call log, I cannot view it until I have another missed call. I do not want them to appear in the messages folder either and the BB9700 does not have an option to View Recent that the 9000 has in call log view.

Mar 7, 2010For some odd reason missed calls are not showing on my call log.And for reference I have done the following:
- Checked and searched forums / the web
- Did a battery pull
- Checked application memory, standing strong at 85 MB
- Memory card has 1.8GB As well
- Cleared browser history and other memory 'stuff' just for the sake of it
The problem is old Missed calls are showing, but the new ones aren't. I haven't got the slightest clue why really, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

I wasn't sure about this until today, when I received 10 texts while the Bold was sitting on my desk in a quiet room. 4 of them made no sound; the other 6 did. All in random order. I have the latest AT&T official released OS. Is this a known issue? I've searched this forum, but I'm not a pro here, and haven't found this specific issue.

It eventually locks again on its own, but only after 2 minutes (i.e., the time I set for it to sleep on its own). The normal behavior I expect is for the phone to lock immediately after the phone stops ringing, as there could be various accidents if the screen is on while in my pocket.
I'm running CM 11 (i.e., Android 4.4.2).

Sep 10, 2014Since the new Android update, I don't get any notifications for missed calls anymore. I do see every call when I go to the call list, but so I don't get any notifications for missed calls. My sister has the same problem since the new update.
