Jul 14, 2011My phone shut down suddenly and when re-booted showed "Uncaught exception: index 16 > = 16". My Outlook email folder is gone, and I can't open my other email folder. I can't check voicemail either. Have tried re-booting several times (including removing battery) but no luck.

Jun 22, 2011After the latest update to 6.0 bundle 2333 (v6.0.0524) I've had a problem with the bluetooth. The blue indicator light is almost always on. I can connect it with my Ford Sync once and then after that the phone thinks it's still connected, even with the car shut off and with the bluetooth turned off. If I receive a call, the bluetooth asks if i want it routed to the handset. I cannot make any phone calls either. The party I am calling gets hung up on and on my end, I hear nothing. Taking the battery out and restarting the phone will give me one more cycle of this. If I try to then connect it a second time in the car, the car says my phone is unavailable. At some point I will invariably receive this error message "Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bluetooth (129) is not responding. Process terminated"

Aug 10, 2011I am quite new to the BB world and am encountering a few problems. I have a BB Curve 8520 which is running OS 5.2. At times when I reboot my handheld it shows Uncaught exception 9 > = 9 or Uncaught exception 7 > = 7. I read a bit about it on the forums and found it may be because the system has an if command but there is no end command which may cause this error. Now I am technically not very sound and want to know what should I do to eradicate this problem!!
Also, how many times should one reboot their phone? I mean should it be daily? I read somewhere on the forums here only that it is good to do it daily if at some point I am not clear enough or asking a lot of questions, however,

Apr 5, 2011When I click on email, i get the message on the subject line:Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app (101) is not responding; process terminated.so I can't open my email. I went to emails setup and re-entered my pw and it connected to the server and after a few minutes, it showed me the above message.With the power on, i have taken the battery out for a minute or two and reintalled it and it did not solve the problem.It has retried connecting to the server with the same results.

I know that it it App World for the following reasons:
1) Absolutely no changes have been to the phone.
2) App World loads when the phone is rebooted (battery removal and replaced). However, when it is selected it will not display.
3) When I uninstall the application the error goes away.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the software has not resolved this issue.

Apr 29, 2011I'm getting this error immediately after I enter my password just once after a device reboot.I know this is an error that is thrown by an application but my problem is I cannot determine which one. I used the device switch wizard to switch from a Bold 9700 with OS5 and a fair number of apps installed. I used app world to delete everything that was not a Research in Motion created app, rebooted, then cleanly reinstalled a subset of the 3rd party apps. The error persisted even when only RIM created software was installed.How do I determine which application is throwing this error? I tried looking at the system log, the error is there but with no detail as to which module or app is causing it.
