transferring data through Bluetooth from other devices to blackberry even though the two devices are paired. when doing the transfer from the blackberry to the other devices, it works but not the other way round?

I was able to in the past however in error I did something and now it cant pair.Although it is showing "pair new devices but each time I put the password in it says: cant pair. When I turn on blue tooth on my HTC One M8 it says "visible to all nearby devices".
I can't seem to find the setting to make it only visible to trusted devices.
I have C7 with Anna SW in it (022.014). What I noticed was that when other devices are trying to pair with the C7 it automatically fails. BT is visible to all and the are now block connections. The other devices can find my C7 but somehow C7 rejects the the other devices immediately and won't even prompt the safety word (or security code?).
But when I initialize the pairing from the C7 everything goes fine. The security number is prompt and pairing is finalized.
I have not tested this whit other phone (5800) and PC BT software.
It is a problem because Nokia Suite (3.2.100) needs to do the BT pairing. And it won't accept even if the C7 and PC has already paired.
I have one day left before I can return this phone and I just discovered that it does not even see my bit30 nes controller or my sharkk Bluetooth speaker. I have used these devices countless times on my OG X and my nexus 10 (both on 5.1.1) without issue. I have a nexus player and it sees that fine (haven't had a chance to try to connect it yet).
I did some research and all I can find to try is to put it in safe mode and try pairing. It still doesn't see either.Is there anything else I can try? If I can't get this resolved by tomorrow, I am sending it back permanently because I don't want to play risky games with the replacement they will send me.

My iPhone Bluetooth is switched ON and is constantly searching for devices but nothing shows up.and the device is right next to the phone in pairing mode (Sony wireless Bluetooth speaker).I assure there is nothing wrong with the speaker as it still recognizes my old iPhone (3).Â
The only other way I can connect is with an app called NFC Easy Connect, which iTunes store doesnt have. What can I do to solve this problem?
i bought a blackberry 9320 as normally i am use to nokia. thought nice little phone compared to seeing the 8520 curve someone i knew had. the phone links up with to my computer and shows on the phone its connected, but the blackberry desktop software version 7 does not find the phone even though it is connected in windows. my laptop has windows 7 home premium on it.
