BB Accessories :: The 'X' Or '8' Key From 9700 Got Plucked Out?
Jul 2, 2011The 'X' or '8' key from my 9700 got plucked out and I am now missing this key! Is there anyway I can replace just this key or do I have to get a new phone.

May 14, 2011I bought a new HS-500, and having Bold 9700. I can make and receive calls using HS-500 but can't listen my audio files through HS-500?? Isn't HS-500 compatible with 9700 for audio files?

Jun 25, 2010I have a Bold 9700 and HS500 headset. Everything worked perfectly for a while - music, calling etc. but just recently if I try to use voice dialing, if I hold down the control key on the earpiece to initiate voice dialing it gives some slow beeps, disconnects and loses its pairing connection to the phone. Now I have to go back - delete the headset and re-pair them again!

Sep 19, 2011I have a trouble with my HS-500 it seems that the device cannot switch off. I remark this as my HS-500 was out off battery on a daily basis, I made some test and find out that even after switching it off I can still use it and access the phone. I try a new sync and a reset of the HS-500 but this seems not changing anything. Is there any procedure to benefit from the warranty periode?

May 3, 2012I have a BH-111 that I can't seem to switch off. I have been using it for about 2 months without issue. Earlier this week I let it drain down totally and recharged it fully overnight. Today when I tried to turn it off following my daily commute to work, it refuses to turn off. The usual holding the power button untl the light turns red works, but the BH-111 then flickers and shows the green light continuously again.
After checking the manual on nokia.com there doesn't appear to be a reset.
how to get it to turn off, or is it faulty and in need of a return?

I know you would have to design some type of software or app for it to work but in stinks when you wanna capture a picture and the lighting is not good so the picture is also not very good or blank.
