My calender is always crashing if i want to acces it through the display access or the menu access.Then the phone freezes totally for 30min or so and than the calender field in the display is gone and the calender is still not available anymore.Alle other functions are working properly.So I thim I need to delete the whole firmware and put a new firmware on it.
View 1 RepliesMy girlfriend has Asha 302 with firmware version 14.53 (no new updates available in Nokia Suite.) and she cannot access her email as the application crashes with the following error message. Sometimes she manages to see her email accounts but usually the crash happens as the selection screen for WLAN etc. shows. Resetting the settings didn't help and I've been very hesitant to wipe the phone completely as I don't trust that she can restore her messages etc. from Nokia Suite.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI purchased Asha 302 about 20 days ago and while going through the features when I recorded some voice using voice recorded output was distorted, I contacted Nokia support through email and was told to restore factory setting. After doing the same I recorded and played AMR file it was fine but as soon as I received a call and then I checked the same recorded AMR file it was againt distorted. I reported same to Nokia support and was told to contact Nokia Care Centre which I visited yesterday there NCC people re-installed the software/OS but the problem persists. I was told that phone has to be sent back to company. I am having another Nokia C2 phone which is fine and no such problem there in that model.

I have tried rebooting, doesn't help.I sync my calendar with outlook through google. There are some semi-advanced entries there, ie meetings with replies. However, problem persists when I disable that calendar from my outlook.Calendar data is accessible for my agenda widget. Data shown on the widget is even updated when I add data to my google calendar.
