May 21, 2015Just wanted to ask, after the latest update. It feels like you really need to press down on the power button to get the shut down menu to show up.If i don't press down hard enough or right, the shut down menu shows up then it locks and the lock screen shows up. it's quite straight forward, and I don't remember having to hold down the power button for that long for it to shut down.

May 4, 2012My iPhone 4S screen turned blue then shut off. it wouldn't turn back on but I felt hot to touch. it turned on about 2 hours at 8:00 A.M. and but it won't receive signal. it is now 6:31 P.M. and still no change. I get signal for a short time when it it connected to the wall charger but not when it's unplugged. is this a battery issue or antenna issue?

Whenever I go into my "Messages" app, it either shows up as a blank white page or shows previous messages but the screen freezes on the page. Sometimes I am able to text but then it starts freezing again. I am unable to call anyone. My battery is drastically draining. My phone just decides to freeze randomly and will turn off by itself. When double clicking the home button to "close" apps, my phone freezes. I have tried to update to the new IOS 8.1.2, but whenever I choose the "agree" option, my phone doesn't do anything.

Aug 27, 2014I Have been using 5s for 7 months now, Couple of months back my iphone rebooted quite frequently for 2 days with bluescreen and reboots stopped without any troubleshooting done. And suddenly a week back it again started rebooting , sometimes I was not even able to power ON using hard resets[power+home buttons]. After a while if I press power button,it gets ON. When I consulted Apple support, I was asked to restore the iphone. I did it and the phone was stable for 2 days. Today it rebooted again with following identifier.

Turned phone back on and everything was ok except the screen wont turn off regardless of the time out option I have set which is at 1 minute. I tried everything from restoring and brightness control. Again my phone is unlocked at 3.0. Also when I restored my phone before I synced it to ITunes it worked fine. But after it synced with the backup it stopped working again.

Dec 2, 2014For the past two months after update to iOS 8 i started experiencing Blue Screen of death from time to time.I was ignoring this issue by simple restart, but from today it became unbearable.Blue screen of death appears without any reason and puts iPhone into constant reload which can take hours.Â
I decided to put it into Restore mode, but that blue screen appears even in the middle of the restore - not allowing me even to restore it (constant error 9). I googled the fix - but even though this issue is widespread - there are no known fixes which work to date. What shocks me the most is that Apple is silent about it.Â
