Since this afternoon the phone calls that I could answer either on my iMac or iPad, are not available anymore.
When an incoming call reaches my iPhone 6 Plus, the phone rings and I can answer, but I don't get any more the option to answer on my iMac or iPad, because no call shows up.
It was working perfectly until today. Is there any settings to check that?
I recently bought a new iMac but I have an iPhone and an iPad which I used to update and sync on my old laptop. I want to transfer everything onto my iMac now without loosing my music. I had a go with my iPad but lost most of the music and some it won't sync. How can I transfer everything to my iMac and not lose bits?

I have an iphone 4and my niece has an iphone 4 . We were discuusing facetime and she has never used it . I have used it only twice . I tried to explain to her how it worked . and i said would try and facetime her sometime when she was home on her wifi network . i checked her phone and facetime was on I face timed her mobile # and it just rang so i assumed she was not there i ended my call to her
Last evening around 10 pm my iphone rang (I never get calls at that time ) when I answered it was a facetime call from her . She was in bed and wanted to know what i wanted . i said she called me . She must have been using her i phone and somehow called me .She was confused as to how she did it

when i receive a call, i answer it and i hear a split second from the caller. The iphone then hangs up the call on its own. This only happens for incoming calls.

WE have two iPhone 5s. One is brand new. When we try to us Facetime it rings pm the phone dialed and shows our faces but then it justs says connecting. It never connects to show each other.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've noticed this a couple of times with different contacts on Blackberry Messenger: I send them a message and it gets marked D for delivered. It then shortly thereafter is marked "A" for answered, and I receive a response to my message, all which makes sense. But sometimes I've noticed that my message is marked A, as if they've answered me, but I never receive a message back. Does this mean that they answered me and I just never received the message? That they've received my message and ended the conversation?Just wanting to understand why my message would be marked A when it doesn't appear to have been answered. any ideas?

View 1 Replies View RelatedThis problems appeared 2 weeks ago when I called my friend and he didn't answer my call - what usually happens is a loud short beep and the call is ended - but this time the phone continue beeping and I had to press "End call" to stop the beeping and that continued to happen since then. I tried to restart, remove the battery but the problem persists. I'm not ready to hard reset my phone or to reinstall the os to solve that problem.

I've turned on photo stream on my iPhone.
I've checked the iPhoto help, and it says to go to turn on photo stream on my iMac. To do that I've got to open system preferences and click iCloud ... only problem is that iCloud isn't in my system preferences list. There's Mobile Me ... but no iCloud.
I'm using Lion (Mac OS X version 10.6.8) - i've just done all the system updates too.
Can anyone recommend what I can do to get iCloud on my iMac?

When I use iTunes (11.2.2) to back up my iPhone 5c IOS 7.1.1 to my iMac running Snow Leopard (10.6.8), I get a pop up alert saying there is not enough free space on this computer. There's close to 100GB of free space on my hard drive, is this an issue that's related to Snow Leopard? I'd rather not update my OS since I'm running an older version of Logic, which could very well become compromised if I update to Mavericks etc. Is there a folder or a file I can delete to stop this?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI use my iMac as an Apple TV server via home sharing. I travel a lot for work. My wife is computer illiterate. Is there a way to create a one touch "app" looking button on her iPhone that she could hit that would do the following:
- Force Quit / Kill all applications on the iMac
- Force Restart
I know it seems simple to tell her to go to the computer and restart, but sometimes when she does that applications get hung up and the computer doesn't restart. I have automatic login turned on, so I just need a way to restart the computer without any real user intervention.
