IPhone 5 :: IOS 7.1.1 / Stuck On Connect To ITunes
Jun 4, 2014
ok so while i was downloading ios 7 my phone shut off and a connect to itunes screen turned on. However, i can't connect to itunes so i wanted to stop downloading it. However, i tried re starting it and it always returns to the same screen
I just updated my iphone to ios 5.1 and on the activation screen it says "connect to itunes: and on the network area it says "searching". Then when I connect to itunes wont let me click on my iphone. Dont know where to go from here.
I tried to update my iPhone 4s to version 7.1.2 when the "Connect to iTunes" screen came up. I don't have a computer to connect my phone to, now my phone is stuck on this screen. What can I do?
I just restored my iphone and updated it to ver 5.0.1, i want to install everything i had on it previously but i cant because im stuck at the connect to itunes screen. i dont have a sim card which it needs to verify, what do i do?
Tried to Restore iPhone to original settings and phone got stuck at connect to iTunes logo. Tried turning everything on/off and restarting mobile series?
One of my podcasts was locked up so I did a reset. I do not want to erase all data only a soft reboot. When I turn my iphone on it prompts me to connect to itunes on my iMac, which I do and it does recognize the iphone, but it stays stuck on the connect to itunes screen.
Updated my iPhone 3GS (recent phone - xmas this year), to 5.1.1 when iTunes suggested it. Restored phone under advice from prompts, iTunes has recognised my phone to have updated, but the phone itself is still stuck on the 'Connect to iTunes' screen in the restore phase. Very frustrating.
while updating/restoring my iPhone 5s it got stuck on a screen prompting to connect it to iTunes, however my phone was already connected. at that time iTunes no longer recognized my phone and still doesn't.
I've tried everything.. I tried putting it into recovery, DFU, and it won't show up in iTunes. Re-installed iTunes, and the AMDS, nothing. What else is there that I can do? I've run out of options and i'm hoping I don't have to take a trip to the apple store..
i updated my iphone 4 to ios 7 but then it keep turning on and off at the apple logo. My friend said that it is stuck on DFU mode and i have to connect it to itunes but now the problem is my phone cant connect to itunes
my iphone 4 is stuck in recovery mode i cnt turn it on all it keeps saying is connect 2 itunes what happens if restoring it doesnt work what r my next options?
My phone said to download update so I did which then lead to the itune connect screen. I connected my phone to the PC and opened itunes which gave me the message that it did not recognize my phone and would have to restore factory setting. I tried to reboot my phone by holding down both buttons (no red slider ever appears) until it turned off. Once I turned it back on it went right back to that screen. I tried to restore factory setting and it gave me an error.
My iPhone 5 is suddenly stuck in recovery mode. It won't turn on, the connect to iTunes logo just shows up. I really don't want to restore it because I have 300+ pictures from vacation that have not yet been synced to my photo stream. I guess my question is is there anyway that I can kick my phone out of recovery mode long enough to get those photos in my stream without restoring it? I know there are programs on the Internet that claim to do this but I doubt they work.
I have an iPhone 3G which is stuck on "Connect to iTunes". When I connect it to my PC, iTunes detects it and says it is in recovery mode and I need to restore it. When I try to restore, it gives me an "Unknown error (1015)".
My iphone4s will not let me go any further than it saying to plug into itunes....i dont even care about using itunes!! I restored it to its original settings and it still tells me to plug into itunes when i plug it in it tells me that i cant do anything pretty much
when i connect my iphone to my pc i get "itunes could not connect to this iphone. An unknown error occurred (0xE8000012) i have the correct itunes i also tried to reset my phone, i did this before i went to bed and it was still trying to reset when i woke the next day should it take this long?
I dont know how to connect to my itunes on my other pc, as it does not have itunes installed on it. I dont know how to untether my iphone so that I can use my personal hotspot
My iphone has no ringtone, text tone, no working speaker, and will not connect to itunes. I have reset everything in my power to try and fix this problem, but i can not fully reset the phone, because it will not connect to itunes! Everything is up to date and current.
like title says whenever i turn my phone on it has picture of usb cord and says connect to itunes with itunes picture this happened when i was trying to update the phone.will not connect to itunes or do anything idk what to do
I tried updating my 4s to 5.1 but it told me there was an error, after that my phone only showed that i should connect to itunes but it isn't showing up on there. Ive tried hard booting it but the same screen keeps appearing.
Connected my iphone to itunes yesterday and as I was adding music to my phone itunes got stuck on transfering data and still will not complete. It says at the top "syncing with phone (step 5 of 5) waiting for changes to be applied" it will not go past this and will not continue to transfer the music. Not sure what to do?
It did this after I tried updating my phone. I have tried different USB cables. I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes. I have did the software interference thing.
I've an iPhone 4s 64gb iOs 5.0.1 for 3 weeks now, but still can't sync it w/ iTunes at all, I've tried iTunes version 10.5.3.3 and version 10.6.1.7 but both of them stuck on backing up (step 2 of 6).
I'm using win7 64bit. Reseting the iPhone and reinstall iTunes doesn't help at all.
And when I plug the iPhone4s to the laptop the lockscreen slider (where it used to say 'slide to unlock') didn't change to 'slide to cancel sync' or something like that (if it should have been that way) but there's two arrow circling on the upper left of the screen tho.
