Dropped my iPhone 4. Battey connections had been damaged. Got it fixed, hooked it up to iTunes and did a restore. Discovered my apps hadn't transfered so did a Sync to get the apps back on the phone. When I try this iTunes tells me it can't find the apps, any of them. I have a large amount of contact info on my apps, they are vital. recover the apps and their data.
I had a 1G ipod touch for a while and ad my collection in itunes and the ipod. Then due a hard drive failure, I had to start itunes over because after that point, I finally got an external hard drive. My ipod died during the process (unrelated). This happened a little while ago, and my new iPhone is set to be delivered in a couple days. Are my paid apps lost forever? I am afraid to download any paid apps since I'm not sure if I will be charged for it. Is there any way to recover them?
I upgraded my iPhone to the newest version (5.1.1) I believe. iTunes backed my Phone up and once everything was completed, I restored it but all my stuff got deleted such as Photo's, Apps, Text Messages. Contacts came back after I logged in to my account.
Android has been a long for a long time now. New market and everything, yet there is still no way for the Android Market to reliably and consistently recover apps? I had to get a new number today, and surprise it wiped my phone clean. In the past I've had the market redownload all of my apps, however the last few times it has not. What is the easiest way to recover lost apps from the market??
I have a Nokia nuron 5230. After a master reset can you recover the apps you had installed before? The memory card still shows the same free space, so the apps are still there somewhere, I jsut can't find them through the file organizer yet
I am up late and quite upset - family member was trying to sync my iphone4S to Itunes for first time and all my photos (I never backed up from vacation last week - 200 ish photos of family) are gone. I was going to figure out how to back them up tomorrow.
My phone is back to its factory settings - it is pretty scary/sad to have all stuff gone.
I am new to I phone. Have no idea what happened. Is there any way to get photo's back - other stuff I can slowly work on. I see apps I previously downloaded are in I-tunes but there are no photos and cannot find photo area.
I just took my family on a vacation I saved for years that was priceless with 200 pictures. : ( no words to explain sadness.
Is there a way to recover old iMessages? Are these messages held in the network somewhere? If so, how easy is it to recover them? I need to look up some messages for a file of mine.
I changed my iTunes user ID and in the process, somehow about half of my contacts were lost. I have reverted back to the old iTunes ID but this has not recovered the contacts. Apple support say changing IDs should not alter the contacts, but it all happened at the same time and they have recommended other options, like this,
My daughter just got an Iphone 4S. She took pictures this evening. Tried to sync her apps from her Ipod to her phone and seemed to loose everything. Then she tried a recovery, but everything is still gone. Pictures, contacts, etc. Please help me recover her pictures.
I forgot my passcode and tried to guess enough that it now says synch to iTunes. Problem is, it's new and I've never synched it before. When I go through the steps outlined by Apple, I get an error message on itunes saying the phone is locked with a passcode, so can't figure out how to wipe everything and reset.
When I updated my 4s to the IOS 5.1 the back up did not work. I had to restore since my phone was going wack and now the back up is saying it wont work and it will not let me sync. Is there any way I can get my backup files, I can not afford to lose them. Do they save somewhere on the computer? I am just so mad that I lost all my photos and memos and all that good stuff.
