Mar 18, 2012After updating to iOS 5.1 in my iPhone 4s, I can see that in the home screen, the calender is showing one day earlier that the current date i.e. today is 19-Mar-2012 but at my home page it is showing Sun-18 which is incorrect. But when I click on the calander it shows me the correct today date "19-Mar-2012".

Feb 19, 2015Ok I am running out of space and cant install anything. Dont have a pc and don't want to send to the cloud. I do have 7gb of space on my card but when I move anything to the sd card it changes the date of it. Is there anyway I could move a lot of pics and vids without changing the original date?

Jul 30, 2010I have just started to see this problem, it has worked ok since I had the phone. Basically I am unable to add any shortcut to the Orange homescreen, I understand you can only have 4 and have removed all existing shortcuts to make sure, I can drag applications onto the homescreen but when i tap on the 'add shortcut' icon nothing happens, I have tried a soft reset & this did not work either, I am reluctant to do a hard reset because I don't want to have to re-install/configure everything again.

May 11, 2010I have an X6 16GB, which I turn off at night when I go to bed, about once a week I switch it on in the morning and the date hasn't changed from the previous day. The same problem occurs whether I have automatic time update on or off. Also once or twice a week it will download emails with the date 01/01/2000 instead of today's date. I can log into my emails via Outlook Express on my p.c and the date will be correct there. I have software version v20 installed, the same problems still occurred on the previous firmware as well.

The date above the text messages says Sun 4 Jun 2017. I have sent 2 different texts, the time shown on the sent ones is correct.

Sep 4, 2014Today I noticed an issue with my Reminder app on my IPhone 5s. Using OS 7.1.2. I called Apple, and the tech didn't know what he was doing and just trying different things.The reminder app will not let me set a date and time for reminder. Finally, senior advisor insisted the Reminder App was updated with the new update of IOS September/October 2013. Not true, the issue just started about 5 days ago August 31,2014. Now there is an additional reminder line for reminder entries that I have to use and have to transfer all my reminders manually from the other part of the app. The feature does exist; if I try to set a date and time for the reminder it appears for 1-2 seconds and then disappears.

Apr 29, 2010I recently upgraded to 400.21.013 and I noticed that whenever I run out of battery when I start the phone over I have to manually set the time and date. I donīt know if the upgrade was just a coincidence, or I have a problem. I red that there is an auxiliary battery in the phone that takes care of manteining those settings. Is it possible that it run out after a year and a half?Any ideas?

Dec 4, 2012Bought a sim-free 920 from Phones 4 U and set the date and time correctly on setup, but have noticed on two occasions that the time and date were displayed incorrectly.
I have also noted that switching to "set automatically" does not alter the time and date correctly. When I first got the phone it was set to Automatic. After the first time I noticed the incorrect time/date, I set it manually, but for some strange reason, it happened again: the date and time were incorrect.
I have set it manually again, and waiting for the problem to re-occur...

I live in Phoenix but the default time zone is Cupertino, and that doesn't change unless I switch it to manual. So after inputing events and reminders, and then have daylight savings happen, ( 1 hour difference between Phoenix and Cupertino) all my events/reminders changed that 1 hour as well. Is there any way to fix this without using the manual time zone function?
