I recently bought a Nokia X3, it was working fine until someday the network was going on and off for no reason. Now I dont have any network signal unless the phone is on plugged to a charger and also my battery seems to drain even when switched off. Everytime I charge the battery, it heats up and it always says battery not fully charged even when I leave it overnight.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've noticed a weird behavior with my E75 (sw ver 202.12.01).Sometimes the battery gets drained from full to nough over one night, sometimes the phone will last a few days on one charge.I have a culprit nominee and it's the GPS data application, which doesn't really quit. Sure, it exits, it doesn't appear in the Running apps list, but the GPS lock comes in surprisingly fast (in a second or two) so I guess it never really quits.
I have charged my phone and rebooted so that the GPS data doesn't get in the way, and I'll see how it goes. But I am already pretty convinced.
i want to connect Pendrive directly to Nokia X6 16 gb mobile via USB OTG CA-157...can i do it `cos this USB adapter connects pendrive to mobile for N8 Model...so will it be helpful for Nokia X6 16gb model also?also clarify after upgrading to upcoming firmware will it be able to do so...is it a hardware requirement in model or some software requirement in the firmware.....

I unplugged my phone mid charge, and noticed that on my phone the battery icon was still moving as if it was charging. I thought it was cute because maybe the atmosphere or my charisma were still charging my phone for me. I restarted my phone and it returned to normal. The following day my phone did the same thing, only this time I didn't restart it, but eventually my phone ran out of charge. Since then the battery life on my phone has been very poor, I only get about 8 hours max, and thats when I have not been on the net or made anything more than one 10 minute phone call. The battery icon has stopped moving when its unplugged, but the battery life is terrible.I have updated my software today so I will monitor it, but seriously is there something up with my battery? It has left me short two days now where I am in town and my phone has died. I am not happy.Any suggestions people?

I have owned my Nokia since November 21st. The first night it froze two times. Then the following days it also froze while running the app Word with Friends. I have also experienced battery issues where it lays idle and drains. I have a few more days on my trial. I don't know should I return it or just wait for the Window's fix?

View 5 Replies View RelatedGot my Cyan 920 on Friday. Immediately had overheating issue while syncing email during first setup. Got super hot at the top,battery drained very quickly. I had turned on Nokia Drive Beta + for just a minute to check it out then didn't use it again. No more heat or battery issues until tonight when I plugged it into my computer to move some video files onto my computer through the file explorer. Phone got very hot at the top and actually started losing battery life even though it showed to be charging (plugged into my laptop). I did not have any apps running intensive processes or syncing/uploading going. I turned off background services for Nokia Drive Beta + (though I hadn't opened it since that initial opening to check it out) then I turned it off and back on and it stopped the overheating and it began to cool. But then I couldn't connect to phone or internet services even though it showed 4 bars of LTE. Turned it off and on again and everything seemed to be working fine, then it began heating up again. Just removed it from my laptop and it is now plugged into the wall charger that came in the phone box (USB). This is unacceptable for a new phone. I had been using a Black Nokia Lumia 900 for several months before upgrading and using Nokia Drive frequently.

1. The phone always keeps connecting to my GPRS network (Tele2). When I go to the connections I can see that connection being active and transferring some data (not much, it's almost always at 7 kb). When I put my phone on the table I can hear that strange radio sound on the speakers (=some radio activity from my phone). I checked but there are no other programs that require the connection. I'm not using any email account on the messages menu.
2. Same thing happened when I connected to my neighbour's wlan. It always keeps connecting to it, even after I go to the wlan menu and disconnect it. It just refreshes and goes all the way again to connect to it by any means possible.
I have nokia 5800 I am having problem with the battery it was draining fast. one on the man in nokia care told me that if ur phone is online and ur lilstening to songs then the battery is going to dry fast enough and if u switch it to offline then the battery backup will be best almost 20Hrs?

I was on the phone for about 11/2 minutes. After I got off I looked at my battery and it was down 1/2 a brick. I've tried removing the battery for awhile, but it doesn't seem to help. I talk on it a lot through the day so I can understand it needing charged at night, but 1 minute off the charger and it's already losing power? I restored my iPad 2 and it is working fine, but since I bought my iPhone 4S through Verizon, if I restored it back to original settings, would I have to take it back to Verizon to do that?Or is there a better solution to the problem?
