2 days ago I received my lollipop update, HK version and it screwed something up. Before that my battery was more than ok, it would charge fully, play the fully charged sound and stuff... But after that update it doesn't go past 92% while leaving it to charge overnight, almost 8 hours to be exact.
View 10 RepliesAfter it is fully charged, I unplugged the charger and use it normally. From 7am until 1 pm, the battery percentage shows 100%. Quite long, huh. Amazing. So, I kept using it. After it I use the phone quite often, playing games, checking emails and stuff. I did restart my phone occasionally, especially when I am refreshing my network signal.

But, after it restarted, the battery indicator shows 88%. Sudden drop from 100%, ain't it?

But, I don't think it's an issue until the indicator shows around 40% and I keep using the phone then it suddenly off because it shows the battery is at 0%.
Seems like since I jailbroke my iP4 the battery has been dropping rapidly. I was at 100% and with 25 minutes of use I was down to 92%. That is not that great if you ask me.
I am tired of just becoming so paranoid staring at the percentage every time I use my phone. Does anybody else do the same?Does anybody else hide their percentage so you become so paranoid?Also, anybody battery bein' killed from the jb? Is there also an app that automatically kills apps after I'm done instead of leaving it run in the by?
How the heck do i get rid of the % between the # and battery logo?? i tried to use "battery percentage" to OFF but still show it.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have realized multiple times now that my battery actually goes up couple percentages without charging or plugging the phone into anything. It happens mostly when the phone is in battery saving mode, but I'm pretty sure I saw it happen without it as well.
I was able to see the slight increase in the battery app as well, which at least assured me that I'm not going crazy. Is this something normal either for this phone or any phone for that matter?

I did a google search that turned up nothing. How do I go into iFile and add the battery percentage. I tried one suggestion I saw on here but it did not work. I used iFile to enable wallpaper. I have a 3G running 4.0.1.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI'm having a very frustrated issue with my Nexus 5 d820. The battery indicator suddenly started to stuck -for days- on random numbers like 93%, 88% but most of the time it's stuck on 100%. It does recognizes that I'm charging, but the values aren't changing.
Things I've tried:
Complete drain, complete charge.
Replacing the Battery.
Wipe to Factory / Wipe Cache
Install a brand new rom using fastboot
Install TWRP, Root
Replace the kernel to elementalx
What else can it be? is there an hardware part which is in charge of the battery indicator which I can replace?

Battery appears to be charging on screen but wall charger does not get warm and percentage does not rise. Happens with whatever charger I use. A day or so later phone charges again. Sent phone back to HTC for this and camera issue. Camera sorted but still charging issue.

Pull down your quick settings — either swipe down on the notifications then swipe again, or use a two-finger swipe. In the top right, you'll see the gear icon. Tapping it is a shortcut to your settings, but tapping and holding it for a few seconds will open a hidden menu in settings.
Long press that gear until you see it spin, then keep holding until you get a pop-up toast message telling you "Congrats! System UI Tuner has been added to Settings."
Now go into the settings, scroll down, and you'll see the new menu item listed. When you open it for the first time, you'll get a warning that these features are experimental and may break things, and may disappear in the future. If you're good with that, tap on "GOT IT" at the bottom and proceed.
Once System UI Tuner is enabled, go to Settings > System UI Tuner > and toggle "Show embedded battery percentage" on.
With the Nexus 6, is there not a way to permanently display the battery percentage in the top right? I know that one can drag the notification slide down to reveal it, but I'd rather have it up there permanently.
