Jun 25, 2010The internal memory of SE Vivaz is quite limited (compared to my previous phone, G900). I wan't to "lighten" up the memory, by removing applications that I don't use. For example, Facebook, Roadsync, SMS Preview.
I want to ask:
a) How much memory do they "occupy"?
b) How do I remove them?

Nov 13, 2010Is there any way to remove preinstalled apps? I have several that came with the phone.e.g.the sims demo, uno trial, and so on. The thing is i can't remove them from the phone.Apps that i've installed myself are no problem at all to remove but these that came with the.phone just won't be deleted.If i can't delete them can i just hide the icons somehow? thay just take up space in the phone.and i won't ever use them.

Jan 18, 2010is it possible to remove preinstalled languages i have in my nokia 5800 v4.0 phone because currently i have the following language packs:
- English
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Bahasa Malaysia
- (some sort of chinese/japanese language)
i only need the english language pack, and yes i bought my phone from hong kong, which is why i have these packs, but i feel as though they are wasting valuable phone memory, and i would rather have an arabic language pack insatalled too. could someone advice me on how to get rid of these packs, and install the arabic pack, so ill have english and arabic language on my phone?

Apr 25, 2012I have bought in Poland brand new SE NEO V, and I'm not happy with applications attitude in this company. With that phone, has been delivered some unnecessary applications for me, like office suite or navi expert, which is not a freeware nad I must pay for using it. I want to remove them, especially the first one, but whithout root it's not possible. Why I don't want them? Each time i want to save, view image from internet browser or other applications, office suite start as application which allows me to view image, but it stays active and hidden - using my battery. If I leave it to work I must resupply power two times for a day.... which is not acceptable, as much as that I can't imagine that each time I use internet, I must enter application manager and kill tons of applications which has been preinstalled and start for my "comfortability". Rooting for me by myself is also not good solution because by doing that I lose my phone warranty. So what can I do to remove those applications?? Polish division tells me on infoline about those applications, that they come with phone and are necessary for phone working and they or I cannot remove them, and those also makes me cool so there is no reason to remove them.... Which i leave with no comment....

If the applications are not part of core operating system and not required to always keep in mobile, should be allowed to remove them.

Oct 28, 2012i need help with many issues that i face after update to ICS...
1. laggy response form touchscreen.
2. calendar sync (it doesn't show name of events from Facebook only shows events bar with no name on it...)
3. how to remove useless applications provided by SONY coz its using up all my internal memory.
4. voice recognition not working in message section, it says failed to connect to server.
5. camera not functioning properly, it takes image perfectly but at the end of click it shows a scrap image( so basically you have to go to gallery and check how was the image).

Jun 29, 2011I can't remove installed applications, and I can't use the Installed applications menu at all. I can open Menu >> Settings >> Application mgr. >> Installed apps. but from there nothing is working. When I try to make a bigger scroll I have dropped back immediately to the Application mgr. menu. When I push the Options in the Installed apps. menu I get the following message:

A widget on my home screen said, there is 39 MB free RAM, and there is 189 MB free space on my C: drive. I purchased the "application" called AirSpace, it was listed as a compatible application with my phone. It's just not working at all. Nov 30, 2011It won't let you delete it by organising, and it won't let you delete it by App Manager > Installed Apps > Long Press > Unistall it just says 'Removing Cancelled' in both cases. I've removed the facebook installer but this makes no difference.
