Xperia X10 Mini/pro :: Use Apps With Voip Like Yahoo Or Skype?
Nov 2, 2010
try to use apps with voip like yahoo or skype so i do the call and i hear whom i call but no one in the world can hear me and then the speaker stopped the ringtone and all the media going in the front speaker so i restart the phone when its was in 1.6 it was working good but with this buggy update its stopped
thx and dont forget x8 also coz its have the same problem
I have a new Elm and have a couple of questions - sorry if I sound a bit stupid! If the 3G icon and the wireless icon are both shown, how do I know which I'm actually using and if I'm being charged for the call - in other words how can I know for sure that all I'm doing is using the local wifi rather than dialling out, or visa versa? Also does anyone know if I can use skype/fring or similar over wifi to make free/low cost calls?
i just directly downloaded skype from android market in my xperia x10 mini.as soon as the downloading finished i dont know where the downloaded file went.. skype is also not shown in the screens?
i read somewhere that there has been an updated skype and it now lets more android devices to make skype video calls, if so can anyone tell me how? i have skype installed but i cant find the video call option anywhere.
I have been searching for a yahoo messenger for my x10 mini but I cannot download. I tried the meebo and the other one which I forgot the name, but the website is always unavailable.
I am using yahoo e-mail accounts with the default e-mail application that came with my phone. I've set it to check the e-mail hourly, but it does not work. It only checks it if I push the refresh button.
What can I do to make it check the e-mail automatically?
i just got an x10 mini, and i would like to know how to install apps. i copied some apps to my sd card but i don't know how to access the card to install the apps?
I understand apps that the mobile needs in its usal process, but other apps, like bible, games by popcap, first-ad, etc... its not always same, but the games by popcap is persistent (this app is a bloatweare, included in the software).Byw, am only on prepaid, so most of the time the "data enabled" is not checked or am not connected to the web.
just a suggestion or query. Do anybody have a list of apps that is isntalled directly in SD? BECAuse somme apps only works if installe din phone. & cannot or may not work even transferred thru app2sd.in deciding apps to install so that it may not affect the phone memory that much
i have just updated my phone though pc companion, all was good with the back up and restore but there were a few apps that were missing (ebay, autotrader) and my phone will now not download
I should say my Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro SK17i is awesom(except for the battery life)..Now i want something regarding my internal memory..Whenever i installed apps, it is installed into the Internal Memory by default..Although i can move some of the apps into SD Card, most of the apps are **** Stubborn.I even tried apps2SD, which doesn't quite answer my need...What i want is how to store in SD Card by default for all Apps...Is there any hack(maybe without rooting) for this.
how can i install new apps to xperia mini pro?my internal storage almost full.i have try to do like this tread http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/25797,but when i root via nlockRoot.com,,there is "fail to get sheel root" show up.
i had problem in downloading the apps from the android market. The problem is whenever i try to download it gets but stops at100% and doesnt complete the installation i am facing this problem after upgrading to 2.1?
I lost all of my apps during the upgrade and now my phone wont download them again! I click to install them and then its says download starting and then stays like this.
Cant delete some of the preset rubbish and cant seem to move stuff to card, had a play with an application manager but scared the **** out of me and looked really complicated Battery has also suddenly become awful and I use task manager to shut everything down every time I use anything, not been a prob before and been on 2.1 a while now?
I have experienced some problems downloading apps from Android Market. The apps in question are "apps2sd" "BBCiplayer" and "Words with friends" The Android Market web sites lists the apps but the Android Market app on the phone will not find them! I have also tried installing them direct from the web site through the browser but this willl not work.
I am having trouble downloading from Android market on my Xperia X10 mini pro. I have updated the software from 1.6 to 2.1, I have tried signing out of google talk, removing the market updates and clearing the market cache and have now done a factory reset and I still can't download from the market. Any apps I have tried to download are showing on the market on my computer as being downloaded. My husband has the same phone running the same software and has no problems downloading from the market.
I have the X10 mini how to get the speech to text apps to work? I have the speech to text app and when I open it it recognises what I says but only puts text in its own software, how do I use it for text messages etc.
I'm new to xperia x10 mini pro, I've had quite a tough time getting some things done easily, all sofware I've downloaded have been installed on the phones memory, and the phones memory is full. I have an 8 gig SD card but how to install my apps directly on the SD card. I am using android version 2.1.
I recently cannot update my apps from Android market. It gives an error that says "Download was unsuccessful, please try again'. My software is updated, am I missing something here?
