I have a Vivaz phone and whenever I am listening to music, the music is skipping. It is a little hard to explain, but other people describe it as being similar to when you shake a CD player while listen to it. All the music I have is MP3 format, 128kbps, but have also tried the music in 192kbps and 320kbps and there is no improvement between the formats.
I have also tried listening to music through both 3.5mm jack and bluetooth headphones (Sony Ericsson HBH-DS205), and strangely enough, there is a difference. The skipping appears no matter what, but is far less noticeable through the 3.5mm jack. I have also tried the music through the default Media Player and through TTPod. I have also tried reinstalling the firmware, reformatting the memory card (16GB by the way) and deleting all music then re-transferring.
I've had my vivaz for over two months and can't store directly to my memory card or transfer pics/music etc from phone memory to card even my more techie friends can't figure it out.
Wher is one of the best and the most handy SE options - adding songs to playlist in audio player stright from their destination folder? I just want to add some songs which location I know. searchin for one bl**dy song between 2000 other tittles is just ridiculous. Options provided by SE vivaz pro symbian software are just useless. Its easier to remember name of folder containing 100 songs than to learn by heart 100 tittles with artists names. I got used to listening to one huge set of e.g. house shared on 10 parts but in some way vivaz pro player spreadet them on the begining , midlle and end of ALL bout 2500 songs list. Is it possible to create some software update fixing this ridiculous mistake? maby there already is sth like that?
My Sony Vivaz was working properly and then suddendly applications stopped working. Then I noticed the applications I had installed in the memory card are not longer displayed on the screen, and when I try to take a photo it says there is no memory card and that they will be stored in the phone's memory. Additionally, when I try to reinstall the applications I always get the message File error. What is happening to my phone? How can I fix all these problems?
My Vivaz Pro has frozen twice now. Pressing the touch screen or any of the buttons does nothing. I can't even switch it off. I had to remove the battery and re-insert it to get going again. Does anyone know why this happens ?
What kind of Vivaz do I have? I bought a U5i but the phone says in: Settings-Telephone-Telephone-Telephone managing-about that it is an U5 (Not the U5i). The menu names in English are my guesswork as my Vivaz is in Swedish.
Is it not possible to watch webb tv with Vivaz? The symbol for flash player appears when try to open the streams so seems the installed flash player doesn't manage. Do I have to download another flash player or is it not possible at all to view tv?
Had my vivaz a month or so now supplied by 3, it came with some demos already installed on the phone, i went to try tetris but instead of offering to let me play it i had to buy it. Anyway i bought the game from my phone and when i go to play, the bottom half of the screen is filled with a cursor interface (with up down left right buttons then A B C D along the bottom) and the top half is tetris.... when i start the game i get asked if i want sound enabled but cant see the yes or no options beacuse of the interface blocking bottom half of phone (no matter what, all i can do is continue with the sound on which is annoying!) then i get a option to play game, i press random buttons and then the game starts.... i cant move the blocks left or right and i cant see where they are landing. Can you remove the cursor interface on the vivaz? Dont want to buy anymore games unless i get this same problem.
I have had my Vivaz for several months with absolutely no problems.However it has just stuck and would not allow anything to be selected so I turned the phone off to restart and now it will not load past the white Sony Ericsson start up screen - any ideas?
Today, I got a replacement for my Vivaz because it had broken and couldn't be fixed. When I put my memory card in which I used in my old vivaz, it still says there is no music, photos or videos. Although when I have put my memory card in different phones to check it hasn't been wiped or something, my stuff comes up. Just not when my memory card is in this new phone. When I remove my memory card it says "Unsafe to remove memory card without selecting remove memory card first."Is this some kind of setting, and is this whats causing the problem?
On my phone i have unplugged my charger and the bit i plug it into has fallen out, i have been everywhere to try and fix it, even the place i bought it from and they have all said it is too hard of a job or they have told me to go on the sony ercisson and get a quote off them, but i dont know how too, where/how do i do this? how much will it cost and stuff?
I have had a Vivaz for a couple of months now, and the clock loses a few minutes every week.I have done some reading on the internet and seen that there are a few other people who have found this.Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

I dont think i can get the birthday reminder to work. It seems like I have to download some aps.
I downloaded the PADDYPOWER mobile app onto my Vivaz and it works fine up to a certain screen. When it's downloaded it looks like half the phone screen are the "web" pages and the lower half is a "navigation pad" with a central "select" button. When I go to place a bet via this app, the "select" button is supposed to make the keypad pop up so that amounts can be entered but nothing happens. I've been on to Paddy Power and they say they have tested the app and all is working fine and that it MUST be a Sony Ericsson problem. now I don't really see how this can be
Anyone know if there is a message reminder App for the Vivaz? Don't know why but when I have my phone on silent with vibrate alert ON, I always seem to miss messages. Do Sony Ericsson have plans to add this to there software?
is it possible to mark each day with a different alarm time like: mon. 6:00am, tu. 7:00am , fri. 10:00am and so on => or is it necessary to choose the dtermination each night before?
I have just got a vivaz, when I select a photo I have taken from my media file and select the option to make it my wallpaper it keeps rotating the pic by 90 degrees and zooming it in. Does any1 know how to solve this problem.
