When people call me I answer and cannot hear anything through the earpiece. I then turn it on speaker and I can hear the other person. I don't believe this is a fault with the earpiece, because occasionally I have called my voicemail and have been able to hear it through the earpiece.
I have tried pressing the C button on restart, and it has done nothing.
I use the phone and take a call as normal. Next day someone rings me, they can NOT hear me but I can hear them. I then discover the microphone is only live when in loud speaker mode, it is not a faulty mic as I can speak using it on speakerphone and make recordings.
I have done factory reset, had it to a repair guy who reinstalled all the software and replaced the 'ribbon cable' but the problem remains. Is there a secret 'mute' button that I have missed, is this a button/switch fault, we are totally perplexed.
I am unable to hear calls on my C905 phone unless I press the speaker on option. It started whilst I was abroad and has continued on my return to the UK.

When I place a call on my iPhone 4 I now can't hear the caller on my iPhone unless I shift to speaker mode. The phone works fine with both blue tooth and ear buds and plays music over the speaker just fine. But if someone calls me I have shift to speaker mode to be able to hear them. I've confirmed the volume is up, I've tried turning off the phone and turning it back on and I tried before and after syncing.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI got the phone about a week ago , GPS didn't work since i got it . I installed the newest software R1FA035 ,and the result was. When i enter the current status: after around 3 or 5 m. it finds around 3 or 4 satellites and they are located on the top of the screen 2 right and 2 left , they are outside the circle. before updating it could find 1 or 2 max. at same locations , but the new soft finds 4 and faster the old soft was R1FA035 too so it is always searching and never connected. View 7 Replies View RelatedSlight technical problem with my C905 . Having updated the phones firmware to R1FA035, it has developed some connectivity issues. Firstly, when I now connect the USB cable, the mode menu pops up, but then disappears and the phone does not connect in any way. In addition, I cannot turn on USB charging in the service settings, just says 'charging off' every time. Also when I connect the phone using the 'C' button to boot, it just boots into mass storage mode.windows does not even pick up any hardware connected. Tried a number of cables on 3 different computers. I have tried doing a master reset but no luck. I cant update the phones software to try fix the problem, as USB does not connect. I tried phoning SE, but they just told me to send it off for a fee...and no guaranteed results.

My iPhone 4 which is appx 4 years old with latest iOS has developed this problem last week. After a hello on connecting a call with anyone, it just goes blank. Neither am I able to hear any voice from the other side nor the person on the other side is able to hear me. I hVe to disconnect the call and use SMS or whatsapp. Is there anything I can do to correct it?

View 2 Replies View Relatedso what happened was, I got my phone in the mail, I use it for a few hours with occasional texting and my friend calls me, and when I answer, the phone dies. I turn the phone on again to see the battery is dead and it dies again, and before it had 85% battery life left apparently. Now the phone is completely dead, when the charger is plugged in, the red light is on and solid (not flashing or anything), when it is plugged in the computer it is on and solid again, except the computer doesn't see its plugged in.

When I go to Wayfinder - Plan rout - A - My Position: I get this error message as" GPS receiver does not receive signals. Please make sure that nothing is blocking the GPS signal (e.g. a roof, building, etc) and try again. I have tried it out even on ground. But is is not functioning. As far as I know the best way to do it is using SE PC Suite (if there is any other simpler ways of doing that please let me know as well) I downloaded latest PC Suite from SE website. Everything is goes well till it starts pairing up C905 and computer. Computer can see the phone, so does the phone, I can establish bluetooth connection from PC own software. But not through PC suite. After I am filling in passcode on the phone, few moments later, there is warning message, that pairing failed. I reinstalled PC Suite few times and it doesn't work. Do I need any specific drivers, for bluetooth to install on my comp? I am using Vista pro.

I know its a 8MP in C905.but is there any other difference, i mean in the lens quality, the hardware etc Bcos recently i checked the pics taken with a modded C905, its just as from an SLR. The problem with K850 (for me) is that, when i take pics of distant objects in daylight (say 10meters) the camera fails to produce the detail..But this not the case with C905, i can see the image more clearly. also the longer the subject is the colors are not correct.("purple edges" on small objects with sky as background). But these all are gone with C905 pics. So my point is Is C905 having a better camera H/W ? or is it the software? and lastly is there any modded K850 cam driver which can take pica like c905'say be my knowledge is little regarding this issue

Which happened to other day so I ordered a new LCD display off Ebay. It came today and I re-fitted it but it is still like this which tells me this is not a hardware problem.
