I can't be certain that I lost the PDF reader because of the Anna update, but after the update I noticed that I no longer have the Adobe reader app and if I try to open a PDF file, it says it's an unknown file.

I recently had to do a "full factory reset" on my Nokia 700 but since then I seem to have lost both the Adobe Reader and QuickOffice. Both were working before the reset and I did a full Nokia Suite backup and restore after the reset. In an attempt to restore the two missing functions I've re-installed the software and searched the store, all to no avail.

I have 70mb free on phone and 7gb free on the memory card, and the pdf document is 33mb. Is this device really that bad that it cant handle that? It handles the music and videos no problem though. pretty distressing to think that my "business phone" as its billed as , is infact nothing of the sort.

View 6 Replies View RelatedAfter updating to ANNA, my phone does not disconnect from my cars built in hands free kit. It worked without issue before the update. The phone does not close the connection. The only way to close the connection is to restart the phone, as the bluetooth connection hangs if I try and do it from the connection tab. I have done a hard reset on my phone with no success. I have also tried all the other deleting the connection and re-pairing suggestions out there, with no successful result.

After update this stopped working. View 4 Replies View RelatedI have applied the Anna update SymTorrent is now crashing and doesn't work anymore. It opens, lets me select the torrent file, searches for any previously downloaded files for this torrent, the torrent is shown as paused, then SymTorrent just disappears.
Not sure if related, but as per this article [URL].. I have reinstalled the 3 QT applications and deleted any temp sisx files, hs made no difference.
My N8 keeps on rebooting after updating to Anna.The only way around is switching back to GSM, which is no solution.

Very annoying! If I put Maps application on at the same time, camera geotags photos fine, but not without Nokia Maps. Not very handy open two applications. On camera interface geotag icon can show missing location info, but it still geotags photos.

Firstly, Swype isn't working on my phone, it has never worked before and i was hoping it would with the Anna update but it still doesn't. Whenever I install the App, my phone freezes, i can't open anything that requires use of the Keyboard(Messages, Conversations, WhatsApp). The phone just keeps quite until I uninstall Swype.
Secondly, When you use Grid, there is an icon called Signal Boost, when opening it, it says System error... Not sure if anyone has ever experienced this.
Lastly (for now), are we supposed to purchase Shazam and QuickOffice 7 or a plan is being made to have an update that allows full access to both the apps in the near future? N8-00,Galaxy Tab 10.1
I have updated the Symbian Anna yesterday and now when I touch the conversations icon in messaging it shows: Messaging:Feature not supported. In the previous software it was working alright.

After the update, the phone will not send/receive phone calls/text messages after it has been sitting in locked mode (the screen displays the default clock) after about 30 minutes. Once I have restarted the phone it works properly until it returns to the locked mode. I have performed a factory reset on the device with out any luck.

But before buying the app I just want to check whether it suits my needs. So I downloaded a trial version from quickoffice and tried installing. I got "update error" message. So thinking the already installed version is creating problems, I uninstalled the pdf reads from my Phone and then again tried installing the downloaded le 2.5 version.
