View 5 Replies View RelatedDoes anybody know if v22 n97 is available for product code 0585162 (UK Orange)?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI notice that V21 has been release today, but when I put my product code (0585162) into the Nokia software updater on the website:
http://www.nokia.co.uk/support/download-software/device-software-update/can-i-update
It says that V20 is the latest firmware. Does anyone know when V21 frimware will be available for the above model number. Also as an after-thought, If I run the NSU software and connect my phone, is there a chance that V21 will be available.
My phone has the product code 0589649 (printed on the back) and I can't find any information about it. Also there is no updated of the firmware, even if other product codes have it. When I search on the Nokia website I get: "Sorry, there is no software currently available for that product code via the Nokia Software Update tool". I tried the Nokia support, but the answer was just senseless.

View 5 Replies View RelatedCurrently still unable to update device product cod: 059M539. I'm not alone a number of other users with same product code reporting this issue with same product code:Lumia 800 Update Thread (Bottom of page 14 and 15)It's a non-carrier varient (Sim free) so no operator to approve update.Nokias own website lists the update as available for this product code in the UK:Nokia Lumia Update Page But still unable to download for a long while now - This update has been out ages. No luck with e-mail support - They keep saying it depends on country/product code (Which I checked on the website!) and send stock replies which is frustrating. Please can we get a proper response on this or someone to check it out/diagnose the problem.I'm stuck on 1600.2475.7720.11414 and Nokias website says 1600.2487.8107.12070 should be available for my device. I've tried updating via Zune on PC and Windows Phone 7 connector on Mac but it always says its up-to-date despite the fact it clearly isn't.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI've had my E72-2 for a few months and I am quite satisfied with it. I thought that I would check if there was an update for it.I typed in *#0000# and this is what was displayed. Then I typed the Product code as found under the battery 0591928110914c into the Nokia web page where you can find out if there ia an update available. This is what I get.--That is not a valid product code. Please check your product code and type it again. For example, most codes begin '05xxxxx'
View 3 Replies View RelatedIs there any possibility that two different Nokia devices have the same product code? i.e. 0586764 RM 529? If this occurs would that be illegal?
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have got a E72-1 with 0593874 product code. I can't find any info on nokia website about updates. Is my phone not supported?
View 6 Replies View RelatedCan anybody tell me what the product code 0581922 stands for? Additionally I would like to know if the product code only give details on e.g. the phone color, country, provider, or also on the "revision" of the phone? Everything I have found upon now gives me the impression that it product code does not imply an information on the hardware revision of my phone.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI am just about to get another Nokia N97. If the product code I changed and I upgrade to v22 does the internet / MMS reconfigure. I am use to WM devices which have wizards but was never brave enough when I had my last Nokia N97 3 uk is still stuck at v20 which was ok last time I had it but I will be updating to v22 as the handset didn't cost me that much and I've got another handset for my contract. Also is it worth leaving the handset on the changed product code or is it better changing back to 3uk product code once upgraded and then do the same when v30 comes out. Cant wait to get back tinkering it became a hobby and I've had enough of android at present so I've come back to the phone I liked a lot.

View 5 Replies View RelatedHi guys, I have a Nokia 6790 Surge phone that I have been trying to debrand for the last couple days but I cant seem to find a debranded product code anywhere!
View 12 Replies View RelatedIt's over a month now that Nokia has released the latest 40.x.x firmware for its 5800 model, or should I say to a small, privilleged amount of customers? I have purchased a Nokia 5800 via Amazon.de, totally unbranded, product code is 0578314, and up to now, the new firmware is unavailable. Why does it take so long for the firmware to become available at least for the unbranded country versions? Technically, there seems to be no problem at all, since many users simply change their product code and install the new firmware, but I am asking here for an official way to get the new firmware in time. The massive delay in firmware updates for different product codes is simply a pain for us paying customers who want the latest features available.
View 18 Replies View RelatedMy 5800 is completely original. It responds to all the Nokia commands, PC suite and Ovi Suite identifies it, I was able to update its firmware to the latest every time its available, it does everything a 5800 is supposed to be, works like a charm every time. Now the thing is, the product code on the back is 0565881, which the Nokia can-i-update site says belongs to a version of the 6210 Navigator. View 16 Replies View RelatedI've tried to debrand my 6700c by using NSS 1.38.15 and Phoenix 2010.8, but with no success. When I write the new product code, it seems to write successfully, but when I read it back, it goes back to the original Product Code? Has anyone successfully debranded the 6700c? If so, can you tell me how? I've seen some posts elsewhere that suggests that people have been able to do it, but I have no success

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm base in Sydney Australia and have just received a msg from Nokia that I can update my firmware for my N900.(firmware version 10.2010.19.)The problem is that I receive a message that I could not update because of: poor-quality ,slow or intermittent internet connection. This could also be because of problems with our servers. Is it that NSU does not support N900 and if so why would Nokia sell a phone and not provide software to update the phone with.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI wanted to intsall Mail For Exchange, and the Nokia E72 NAM doesnt seem to have it when I bought it (unless you can direct me to it). I decided to follow the instructions to install it, but it requires me to update the ovi store. I dont know if this will update the firmware as well, but i heard that the newest firmware (v031.032 i believe) is very buggy, so i want to avoid this until another firmware comes out.Can someone help? if its already on the phone, i just need to know where it is. If its not on the phone, will updating the ovistore affect anything in terms of new firmware or other sorts? The reason i want to install this is to utilize the google calendar so i dont have to keep plugging the e72 into the computer (and possibly damaging the plastic usb cover).
View 2 Replies View RelatedSomething wrong in UK, two updates but still old firmware?!No internet sharing or flip working. Is the Nokia bit delayed for lumia 800?
View 9 Replies View Related22.007 has been out since forever, and it's basically only the second update since this phone was introduced. Has Nokia forgotten the E72? It sure needs a firmware update:
-Little available memory, applications (especially the browser with a big website) terminate for nothing and "memory full" messages occur very frequently. This is actually the biggest issue.
-The camera application sometimes is quite buggy and even the phone restarts after a photo is taken.
-videos have some lag, especially if you zoom while shooting and using the phone memory doesn't help very much.
-sometimes (especially in the ovi store app) if you start typing in a box the first two letters appear in the opposite order than typed.
-The gallery application can't be terminated using the app manager (by pressing the home button for a couple of seconds) when the app is hidden.
-The trackpad sensitivity could be improved (especially when using it in the browser).

View 19 Replies View RelatedSo far it is working fine, battery does not last like my N95. I 've been reading a lot of blogs about people having issues after updating firmware, i am currently running 1.2009.44-1.002
I called Nokia to ask if they have any updates and the rep told me to wait because pple are having issues and they expect to roll one out soon. Soon with no date. My question is, should I update the firmware, and whats the best way to do it so i don't run into issues ?
