I am an user of Nokia lumia 800 and i am unable to save the pictures that i recieve on MMS to Phone. When i hold the touch for 2 seconds on the MMS picture it just shows delete and forward. Is there any other way to save the pictures that we recieve in MMS?
View 1 Repliesi am unable to save music, photos and contact in phone.. my phone resets Automatically every day. i don wat is the root cause... to listen to music or to call some one every day i sync my phone with ZUNE software and transfer the contact from my other phone.and would like to know what is the internal memory storage capacity, when i connect my phone to system ZUNE software or "about phone" in my mobile its shows 6GB memory.

View 6 Replies View RelatedIn Anna I could find pictures in file management in order to move/copy them to memory stick, but that seems to be not possible in Belle. Also the phone guide tells you can select where to save the pictures by going to Settings - Application settings - camera - Photo or Video. Unfortunately in my N8 Belle there is no possibility to select any folder for saving the pictures. So I can not find the new pictures anywhere to remove them from the phone without using computer.

I have already tried to configure my settings to minimise the picture size and to set the saving to the media card. Does not work. I have verified that the device is not full, actually the number of pictures and music files on the system is now 0. What do I need to do in order to correct?

I read somewhere the other day that it maybe because ive synced my phone to something which i have done which is facebook but i went into settings - accounts & sync settings - manage accounts and removed the sync and its still not working. However i have bin getting a error msg saying someting about my password being incorrect for googlemail but i thinks its because i accidentally tried logging into it instead of just my normal email but when i try and remove the sync it says that "This account is required by some applications. You can only remove it by resetting the phone to factory defaults(which deletes all your personal data). You do that in the settings application, under privacy." Which i dont want to have to do unless its the last resort

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought a new X10 mini Pro 2 days back and tried taking some pictures on the phone. The camera does not not get activated when I press teh Key avalable at the side of the phone. When i activate the camera from the application menu, I could focus and also use the flash to take picture. A green dot appears at the top left corner of the screen and blinks for some time indicating it is ready to shoot. I also get a beep sound as it should normally happen when the shot is successful. But, the pictures are not saved on my phone. I tried both inserting a sim card and without it.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong.I love the calendar and it an do everything I want it to do bar one thing. When I have appointments that run on the same day each week but then finishes at a certain time of the year the calendar won't save them. I keep getting a message saying something along the lines of the appointment being too long for the time given.
example. My daughter goes to gymnastics every monday between 4pm - 6pm. She started in August and the course finishes in october.I can add the appointment to the calendar, put how long the appt is for and say it's every monday. Then I cahnge the dates to the date the appt started (august) to the date it ends (october) and it won't save it. I had a blackberry before my nokia (yuck horrid thing) and could do it no problem with that and I don't see why the nokia can't do the same.
Am I doing something wrong? I've ended up just adding the appt from August saying every monday for specified length of time but it runs way over as I've put every monday so no end date. This means I'll have to delete it when the time s up and start again when the new dates happen. It's all well and fine to just delete the ones she is on holiday from but I never know when the next course starts back until near the end and I am a busy woman so need to know what's happening when etc in my life.
I am brand new to the Nokia 710 and I have my AOL email account linked up to the phone. I am able to send and recieve emails just fine.My problem is that when I try to open/download any attachments like a Word or PDF document that are in the emails, they never open. They start to open but never do. I can open these attachements on my old Palm Pixi rather quickly and without any trouble so I know it is not the files that are the problem.
I've searched both this USA forum and the UK one and didn't see anyone else with the same issue... so did I not set up something properly with the phone?
I cannot find a way to save My text messages from My lumia 800, syncing the phone with zune doesn't seem to do it. My old n97 mini would sync them with nokia suite.

User manual downloaded from Nokia (107 pages!) says an attachment to a text message can be saved by touching "..." and then 'save to phone' but "..." and no other options appear when tapping the video or the enclosing text message. That user interface does work for photo images received in a text message but not for videos.

I have followed the steps and made all the correct checks in the approiate places but no photos are transferred. Using zune - on the screen with showing the pics on the phone I drag and drop one to the pc icon lower left corner and as I am dropping it I see a small thumbnail and a + sign but no picture shows up. View 5 Replies View RelatedI have been thinking what to do with my brand new Lumia 920 because I am dissapointed with picture quality. They are simply not sharp, and I am not talking only daylight or night pictures. In my case MOST of the pictures are not sharp. However all Macro pictureas are sharp, and one of a hundred both daylight and low light ARE sharp. My previous phone is Nokia N8 and wife have Iphone 4s so I know what to expect from a phone.I have dowloaded app called Camera Easy and that app simply take SHARP pictures.Here are two comparison, two sharp are of course taken with Camera Easy app, and two not so sharp pictures are taken with default Nokia Lumia 920 software. ( I have bought Camera Pro as well, but pictures have same quality as Nokia Lumia 920 default software, not sharp).However there is one bug in Camera Easy app, it can save images in own folder somewhere on Lumia 920, but they are not listed on camera roll or albums???(reason why I am covering my eye is because I took over hundred of pictures and looking in flash light that many times will hurt my eyes.... so some protection )NOKIA, dowload this app and learn how to do things correctly

I have seen videos where people take a picture in a completely dark room with nothing but the focus assist light turned on and the picture comes out like it was taken in the day.No matter what I try, I cannot replicate this.With all settings are on Auto ( default ) and the flash off, I get nothing but a black picture.
