Can anyone suggest a good RSS reader for the E72? I have tried several so far (including Handy RSS and Resco News) but none is fully ok. Either they lack some features (like OPML import or timed updates) or have poor usability. Resco News would be acceptable but it appears to crash a lot on my E72. When updating it just exits, as if the process is killed.The app hasn't been updated in over a year or so.

I tried a Restore to factory settings from the phone, but it just goes back to factory settings with ANNA, how do I change the OS back to the earlier one?
I've used the OS5 Blackberry Messenger to scan QR codes on my Bold 9700 and it worked great. Upload OS6 and now it just pops back to the Messenger screen. I've tried soft reboots and hard reboots without any success.

1. Are they intend to put in final production of the E7 device the Symbian^4 O.S?
2. If not, will it be possible to upgrade this device from Symbian^3 to Symbian^4 O.S?
That is, I think, the crucial problem in final production because the Symbian^3 is breaking in the everything except in visual part of UI which is a little bit démodé.As I can see on the Symbian page they are rushing to change this with a lot of changes in this part of O.S.it will be very disappointing to me baying such a device and after half a year faced with a new O.S. (specially UI which is most important for users-the name told us this-UI)
I have attached a print screen of when I launch the RSS app. See on the right side of the screen where it says, " 1 post kept for later reference." How do I get rid of that? I can't find it - I tried "clear image cache" but have no idea where this random "post" is that I am "keeping for a later reference." Anybody know how to get rid of this statement?

My firmware is 22.007, latest for my region (Netherlands). Can anyone confirm this? Trying to read any PDF eBook should do it.

It worked beautifully for a while then every time i changed a book it started shutting down on me, I've tried reinstalling 3 times just now, it used to work but not anymore, jar ebooks are going blank after a minute. Also my device is getting slow in response. Games i downloaded, two of them got corrupted. one was Nokia game. Climate mission, i think it was called.I've already tried factory setting restoration, before that i had re installed phone but at that time I didn't have book reader.I have stored many books on my memory card, could that be reason for slow phone n corrupt games n application?. I have 8 gb memory card and im using almost 300 MB.59 mb off internal memory is free.

Only menu icon for Reader does not work.And I found that it is only happening with msg.reader when ever a mailbox is defined in nokia mail apps. If I delete all mailboxes, msg. Reader working again from menu icon.If it is a bug then please try to solve it.

View 6 Replies View RelatedEvery time I try and open my PDF document which I need for my studies it doesnt work and I get the messages : "operation failed" "not enough memory" . I have 70mb free on phone and 7gb free on the memory card, and the pdf document is 33mb. Is this device really that bad that it cant handle that? It handles the music and videos no problem though. pretty distressing to think that my "business phone" as its billed as , is infact nothing of the sort.
