I upgraded to the latest version of WhatsApp But when I go to share a link and choose WhatsApp I get this error:WhatsApp Media/App not supported I emailed their support and they said get the latest version - which I did. But the error still appears.

Yesterday i deleted the app off my phone because i noticed my internet is very slow with it on, so i thought i'll download it again in a few hours. When i went to download the app, it just constantly says 'downloading failed' and has done since, i can't get it at all, and i'm wondering if i might have a virus in my phone or something.

I found that my N8 cannot play mpg files, which to me seems like a huge limitation.Which media formats does it support, and are there any way to increase the number of supported formats without resorting to tedious converting software?

However, I cannot install .sis, and .exe files. I have seen a posted answer about an .exe fie. It was indicated that it must be converted to a .sisx file (if I am correct). install these files, or how to convert it for it to be compatible for use on my phone.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my BB Torch 9800 since May 2011, and I had a media card (SD 2GB) in there since Day 1. Early November came around and my phone's media folder was completely empty and I was unable to view any of my pictures, music, etc from my external media card, but the internal built in media card still works just fine. I went into my local AT&T store just for kicks and giggles to see if they could do something (they couldn't). I consider myself an advanced Blackberry user, for I have had a Blackberry for a number of years. The torch is my 7th Blackberry and this is the first time I have had a problem with any of my phones. Not to diss the Torch or Blackberry, but this isn't their finest work. Back to the point, how can I get my phone to recognize my media device?

I'm trying to back up all my memos as I'm getting a new phone soon however I keep receiving an error which states the organizer applications on your computer are not supported. I'm on Windows Vista and the BB software appears to back up everything else. What am I missing?
