Motorola Droid Turbo :: How To Get Camera To Initialize On Phone
Nov 16, 2014During the course of the day, at least once a day, sometimes more, for no reason at all, I'll get a notification on my Droid Turbo that the camera didn't initialize. If the problem persists please power off phone. Well the problem always persists and I always have to power off my phone and turn it back on to get the camera working again. I've tried clearing out the data and the cache and it doesn't work.

Jan 31, 2013I'm sure at one time when I use the setting,phone ringtone (left most screen, top switch) and set it to off, there was a timer that popped up asking me to specify a time. I can't seem to get this back.The app I had been using to set volume became too buggy with the last update and it isn't supported well. I've been trying different apps so it may have been an app that caused the timer to display.

Jun 29, 2015I used my Droid Turbo a month ago to shoot some outdoor pictures and the camera worked great. Today, however I attempted to use the camera and the app froze and the phone rebooted. I uninstalled the built-in camera updates and reinstalled them and the result was the same - load the app and the phone reboots. I tried installing another camera app and the result was the same as the built-in camera app.

I am running the latest update 21.44.12. I am using Nova Launcher which is updated to the latest version. I don't use the camera much and find it quite annoying that when unlocking the phone the camera opens. Any setting that I can disable so that camera will not open??

May 8, 2015Over the last couple nights I've noticed that my Turbo won't charge overnight. I often read or play games before bed and it seems if I have a few apps open and then plug it in it won't charge. If I close all the apps down then I've never had a problem.
I've also noticed it freezing up at times and then rebooting by itself if I don't close open apps.
The phone is great and at this point I don't care about Lollipop. We've had 2 S5 go bad with Lollipop and until they get the bugs all worked out I'll keep munchin the kitkat.
