Apr 20, 2015My phone called someone in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. It has made a few other calls during the day without a requests from me. In addition if it hears music it starts sending a 3 bell ring and on screen asks if I will not speak more clearly. At times it talks and says "Speak more clearly." The screen sometimes shows a cloud when interrupting and other times a mic. I think this may be due to a malfunctioning google assist. I think it thinks music is my voice. Sometimes I am taking pictures with it and it hears music causing it to change from the camera mode to ring 3 tones and say speak more clearly. The calling and interruptions are nuisances.

Aug 27, 2015I downloaded it yesterday and tried to use it twice and both times I had to do a factory reset to get things working again. Really a shame as I was looking forward to accessing my Synology diskserver from my phone. Other than that - LOVE the Turbo. have not had any problems with it since I got it last November. Even traded in my wife's second gen Moto-X that seemed to have all kinds of problems for a 2nd Turbo for her. How to get DS File working in Turbo?

Often times this happens while simultaneously charging the phone but its not exclusive to that criteria. It's done it while off charger as well. Is this a heat issue? Aug 29, 2015I have a droid turbo. When i throw my music into my music folder that appears after plugging my phone into the computer, i cant find it on my phone. I will either put MP3s directly into the "music" folder, or i will create another folder within the music player, name it after the band or album, and then put the mp3s into that newly created folder. Then upon rebooting my phone, the music doesn't appear in the music player application. Though if i do put music into my "downloads" folder i am able to find it, though with this method i am unable to organize the music at all.

Jan 15, 2015So my turbo is set up nice, but when I decided to add in my google play music account, after entering my email it says it cant communicate with google servers. I tried removing my google account and readding to the phone, but that didnt work either. 2 step verification is not turned on with my account as well.
Apparently all I had to do was click on my email that was on the main screen. Telling it to add an existing probably confused it? But anyways, now Im curious because my google music settings show NO authorized devices. Is my phone not authorized anymore? My old phone was on there, but I deleted it from the list, now no devices are there....I mean, Im listening to music with it, and I can buy songs, so Im confused. Or is it a moot point because I only use a STANDARD account?

May 8, 2015Over the last couple nights I've noticed that my Turbo won't charge overnight. I often read or play games before bed and it seems if I have a few apps open and then plug it in it won't charge. If I close all the apps down then I've never had a problem.
I've also noticed it freezing up at times and then rebooting by itself if I don't close open apps.
The phone is great and at this point I don't care about Lollipop. We've had 2 S5 go bad with Lollipop and until they get the bugs all worked out I'll keep munchin the kitkat.
