My daughter's G3 updated to Lollipop yesterday. Now when she gets a text the flash on the back of the phone pulses 6 times. Any way to turn this off? Actually, it does this for calls too.

View 4 Replies View RelatedRunning OS v.5.0.0.1006 (bundle1644, Platform 4.2.0.437). Sometime today the sound notifications stop working on my phone. Vibration still works and I can hear MP3 songs via the handset speaker only {not speakerphone}. I have tried a hard reset by removing the battery and by pressing Alt-uparrow-Del. I checked for available software updates and it stated there are none available. Any ways to restore the sound for my notifications?
View 1 Replies View Relatedi thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.

My iPhone 4s will vibrate on all incoming calls and on notifications, however, there will be no ringtone or sound on notifications.

Went into my local VF shop and they said to check there has not been a never firmware update but Kies finds nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

View 1 Replies View Relatedapart from having no battery in the box when i first got it, i haven't had any major issues with my xperia x10 mini pro as of yet (touch wood!) but having some minor problems.recently, if someone sends me a text message, i would receive it 3 or 4 times, which is pretty irritating. also i've never been able to watch Internet videos (or any videos online for that matter). i have the tubemate app but it doesn't work, and trying to watch a Internet video on the browser doesn't work either.

In one text coversation this morning with my wife, about 60% of the texts she sent me were received multiple times. (she on Dx2). This happens randomply and with texts received from friends on other carriers. This started happening sometime after one of the last updates, but I have not had a lot of extra time to research it. I did search the forum but found no similiar problems.
View 3 Replies View RelatedHas anyone else had a problem with getting the same text message (from one or more sender) sent several times?On the first occurance I called Sprint and thier fix was to block the number(s) I got the text from, reset the phone then unblock the number(s) since they were sources I did want to get text messages from.That appeared to clear up the problem but again this weekend it happened again.Took the phone to the Sprint store nearby; thier fix for everything is usually do a hard reset.That was a couple of hours ago but again have started getting some of those text again.I don't know if it's a network issue with Sprint and the (re)delivery of those messages OR if it's the phone thinking it's a new message?

I love my FlipOut, really, but I borrowed a Samsung ACE (android) from my daughter for the week-end, and I must say that it is by far superior as a phone.No dropped calls, no "emercency calls only", no unsent text messages, no buffer overrun while streaming radio from the net.It seem that the size matters, when reception is poor.

View 5 Replies View RelatedMy iPhone display is showing all my apps and text about 4x bigger than normal. It's a ***** to try to move around the pane and especially to do my pin if I turn it on. Tapping three fingers on the screen doesn't change the zoom.  I managed to get into Settings to check if the display was zoomed and it was set on standard. Resetting the phone doesn't work either. This has happened on my older 5s when my hand has been on an open display when the phone was in my pocket.  I think this last time my hand was on the screen for more than 10 seconds.

I have Android version 5.0. I have tried to use Smart connect but that doesn't work at all. For example I have set it up to start Spotify automatically when the headphones are plugged in, and also set the volume to normal, but when I plug in mye headphones nothing happens....
One problem I have is the low volume without playing music or media. I dont know when someone calls me. I know that the xperia z2 works only with one speaker when you have a call or notification. I want you to fix it because it is a huge problem due to the high price of this smartphone.

1- clearing the data of smart connect
2- clearing the data of enhancment sounds
3- raising the sound volume and checking the X-LoudÂ
Even i changed the notification tone and the ring tone to any other thing and it also didn't work i noticed that the lower speaker only used when it comes to notifications and incoming calls ..

Her voicemail notifications wasn't coming up. She had to call her voicemail periodically to see if she had any voicemails.
She has 3.1.2 installed. The phone is also jailbroken. We both have AT&T. She called AT&T and and they did some troubleshooting and they fixed her voicemail, then said that they think that she needs a new SIM.
