This week I tried to join Itunes in order to set up my new Iphone. When entering my personal information it prompted that ai already had an account set up.I thought perhaps I had done this in the past and forgotten about it, so continued and asked for a password re-set which was emailed to my address. With password and account set up I proceeded to set up my Iphone. It was only when I tried downloading Apps I noticed it was picking up Apps in Australia and not UK.

I went into the account details and saw the details of person with exactly the same name and year of birth as me living in Australia, not in the UK as I do. I had access to everything, credit card details, DOB, security questions, the lot. I promptly deleted all this and replaced with my own details and changed passwords again. As soon as I could I called Apple who said it was probably an error and said that the account was for my email address so now all the details are changed it should be ok.
