Yes, I have changed the user ID in my phone's store, deauthorized and re-authorized itunes. but still nothing happening.

I press and hold the icon, it wiggles, I press the X and the X highlights but then my screen freezes and I have to press and hold the lock key to go to my lock screen. It doesnt matter what app I try it with-- the app is still there. My restrictions are all off.

May 30, 2012I have an iPhone 4s and recently I cannot delete aps from it. Whenever I try it freezes the phone and I have to reset the phone. I have tried powering off, resets, and syncing to computer. Restrictions are off, but when out of curiosity I tried to turn restrictions on, they would not enable.

Aug 30, 2014Super frustrated with my 4s. I can't sync any new apps from my iTunes account, nor can I delete any apps, or music, from the phone.
