My iphone 4s screen is stuck on a picture of the usb plug with an arrow pointing toward the itunes icon. we discontinued our account with at&t and need to reset this phone to factory settings. I pluged it in to my computer but nothing happened. Brought up itunes, nothing. No reset instructions and the screen never changed. When we originally tried to clear out the info it told us we had to update itunes and we did. Now......stuck.

When i try to sync music from my itunes to my iphone, the phone syncs but the music doesnt. In the music tab, if i try and tick the sync music box, it says all my iphone music will be deleted, so i am afraid to do it. I have tried to manually manage music, but then it comes up with a dialogue box, saying my phone isnt synced with this itunes, and all phone contents will be replaced. I have already got alot of music on the phone, but want to add more to it, from cd's i have imported into itunes.
