IPhone :: Pixelated Photos When Moved From Photo Stream To Album
Mar 18, 2012
I'm having a problem with some of my photos on my iphone. I imported some pictures from facebook into iphoto on my macbook. Those photos show up in my photostream, just like they should. When I look at those photos on my iphone in the photostream folder, they look just fine. When I save those photos from photostream into an album on my iphone the photo becomes very pixelated. The first picture is the photo after being saved from photostream into an album on my iphone. The second photo, is the same as the first, but exactly as it is viewed in photostream.
So I finally set up my photo stream. For about 24 hours it was working. Now when I take a picture it does not save to the photo stream album on my phone. It says that the Photo Stream is ON but it doesnt seem to be working.
I recently moved my iPhoto library to an EHD, and everything has been working great.
I just went in, however, and my August 2014 photo stream, which syncs from my iPhone, only has one picture from each day/set of photos I have taken.
It is extremely odd - only the first photo from a vacation I went on, the event I went to last night, the meal I photographed on Tuesday are showing up.
I use a different photo app for taking pictures (other than the one that came with my ihone 4s).Iis there a way to have photos sent directly to photo stream?
I have an iPhone 4S with iOS 5.1. When I take a picture the picture shows up in the ca,era roll, but not in Photo Stream. I do have iCloud and Photo Stream enabled. I can see older photos in Photo Stream. This used to work before. Also, is there a way to add photos from your camera roll to Photo Stream?
Before I switched from a 5 to 5s, my photos has stopped "streaming" to my PC. I would get every other photo and then just random photos would be added to the MyPhotoStream folder on my PC when I was connected to wi-fi... Now that I got my iPhone 5s, I thought the problem would be resolved but now NONE of my new photos in my photostream are syncing with my PC over wi-Fi.  I've already made sure my Camera app is closed, my photostream is ON, etc.
I have a couple of iphones that synchronise with my macbook pro via photo stream. My phones are almost full and I want to free up some space by deleting all photos (both Photo Stream and Camera Roll). But I don't want any photos to be deleted from my MacBook.
I saved images from an email. They are saved in the camera roll and not photo stream. How do you move to photo stream, so they are synced to Apple TV and iPad?
My HD crashed and now I have a new one, I can get the photos on my iPhone that are on the Camera Roll, but the 599 photos that shows on the iPhone Photo Stream does not appear on my Macbook, neither the photos from the other libraries. Does anyone know how I can get those photos back?
Photos on my wife's iPhone 5S take up a lot of space ( iCloud memory full, can't update phone). It How do I trim it down? I moved a lot of her shots to my macbook, then deleted most of them (except the ones she wanted available) but it didn't seem to work.
updates all the photos (cameraroll) in iCloud or is it just photo stream when you sync? I have 5000 photos in the camera but only 800 in the stream and I would like to save them all. How to do?
Can I create a new album and moved the pictures out of the camera roll into it then delete the pictures from camera roll and they still be in the aalbum if so how do I do this?
i am not getting the photos in my iPhoto photo stream folder sync'd to my iPhone. i turned off iCloud and photo stream on my phone and turned it back on but i only see a handful of photos that i've taken with the phone over the last few days.Â
If I turn off my photo stream in the iCloud settings will this erase all my pictures on my device or just my photo stream folder? I think I know the answer, but would hate to loose all my pictures.Â
I'm able to create as many albums as I want under the main camera roll. from what I can see, I can add photos from my camera roll to an album but the two images are connected. so what happens is when I try to create albums according to event or subject, if I wanted to delete the original from the camera roll, it also deletes the copied image. What gives? Is there a way to have multiple albums on iphone where images won't be deleted?
I recently reseted the photo stream on my iCloud account 'cause it was too cluttered with random stuff, but for some reason on my iPhone 4 the photo stream still remains as if nothing happened. Is there a solution to this? or is it a bug?
I have photos older than 30 days (i.e., not in the cloud anymore) that are in the photo stream album on my iphone. I already deleted them from my camera roll to free up space, but had not yet transfered them to my PC. How do I transfer these photos to my PC and still preserve the date they were taken? If I copy them to the camera roll to then transfer, it changes the date to today...I want to preserve the original date of the photo.
