The preloaded camera app that comes on the Iphone 4S has disapppeared from my phone. Along with this, and I am sure related, FaceTime doesn't work nor does the Camera+ app. On the Camera+ app, all I can do is look at photos already in that app. There is no option to go to the camera to take new pictures.
The red circle with dash for deleting the photo ablums isn't showing when I clicked "Edit"...just blank space next to the the album photo/name. I'm puzzled 'cuz I don't know how it did happened. Is there a way to fix it so I can delete the album? Or at least, delete all photos at once, not one by one to increase the memory?
I have been collecting photos of house ideas that I like from downloads. This morning that album has just magically vanished and I know I didn't delete it. Any remote chance it is still somewhere on my phone?
So I finally set up my photo stream. For about 24 hours it was working. Now when I take a picture it does not save to the photo stream album on my phone. It says that the Photo Stream is ON but it doesnt seem to be working.
Just "upgraded" my Palm Pre for a iPhone 4 and going crazy trying figure out how to move my pictures out of the photo roll and into different albums. From what I have tried it seems making different albums only tags the photo but doesn't actually move it. Any suggestions as to how I can have pictures in different albums without them staying in the photo roll also? Do I need to use an app to be able to do this?
it deletes all my photos. I have since then began to import my photos to my Computer. However, after restoring again, i realized when I sync my photos to my iPhone they are in a seperate folder called Photo Library? Why? I don't like how I can't just sync the camera roll to the PC. (E.G When I delete a photo from my phone and then sync it up to the PC it would just delete the photo from the comp, and if I add a photo it would add the photo to my specific folder, therefore keeping a synchronicity) Is there absolutely anyway to fix this, i dislike having the seperate folders, thing is.. I can't even add the photo library to the camera roll. I understand the camera roll is for photos taken by the camera, however I add many wallpapers through apps, why can't I add my photos like that to the camera roll and delete the unnecessary folder?
Face Time has disappeared. It was there after I jailbroke it and used the fix to get it back, I installed MyWi and My3G now the option to FaceTime is gone
I was just trying to open the words with friends game. I looked over at my laptop then back over to my phone. The screen flashed black then when it came back almost all my apps were gone. Stock apps, bitesms, mywi and a couple of others were still there but 90% of my apps were gone. I plugged it into itunes and my the storage bar showed "other" at 4.75 gigs!!! I'm syncing right now thinking maybe that will work or it will just sort itself out but I only have half a gig left so it's going to run out. Anyone know how to fix this? I really don't want to restore.
I upgraded my iPhone operating system today and most of my apps disappeared. How did this happen and what, short of re-installing them, can I do about it?
I am writing this because I am experiencing some technical problems with my Iphone 4s. It seems to have no volume bar to which I can change my volume with.
I changed my primary email for my apple id and installed find my friends. I configured iCloud and mid text, all my contact names disappeared. In iCloud.com I have no contacts, on my phone I have no contacts, and I did not back up anywhere.
My wife's icon for her Contacts is not on her home screen. She didn't make any folders, so it's not there. When she "Search iPhone" and type "Contacts", the app appears and she can add/edit contacts that way. Where did it go?
I took several videos with my iPhone a week or two ago (including one once-in-a-lifetime event); last night I tried to show it to a friend, and was surprised to find all the clips has disappeared from my phone. (Photos taken around the same time as the videos were still there.) I checked iPhoto on my Mac, and the video isn't there, either.
itunes has desappeared from my iphone i have already tried the following: 1- settings > general > restrictions > itunes > on -- yes the itunes is on.2- settings > general > reset > reset home screen layout -- i still cannot find itunes nor Internet app.3- when i do a research on the spotlight i cannot find itunes either how can i restore those app?
I just did a long trip in Europe and had a whopping 9,000 photos on my iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1. A couple of days ago, the phone started acting funny when I took video (cutting it off after 30 seconds, for example and rebooted) and slowed to a crawl when I was taking pics. It would sometimes just restart on its own. I still had 2GB left on my phone. To make some more space, I turned off Photo Stream. About two hours later, I went to edit some photos and the phone restarted on its own. When it came back on, all 9,000+ photos (and my folders) were gone.I took a screenshot of the empty photos section, now that's the only picture in there... When I go into Settings/General/Usage, it indicates I still have 2GB available on the phone, which leads me to believe the photos are on there somewhere (or it'd be more like 20GB+ available).
