IPhone :: My 4s Won't Properly Pair With My Motorola Bluetooth.
May 5, 2012
My 4s won't pair with my Motorola Bluetooth headset. It connects, but doesn't ask for a code and it keeps searching for other devices like its in discover mode continuously. Will apple fix this Bluetooth issue? I see many others are also having issues.
I have both a CommandOne bluetooth, and a Jabra Stone....both of which pair with my Droid X, but don't communicate....they both did at one time (the CommandOne stopped communicating during a conversation)....the Jabra who knows when it quit. Now I have two BT's neither of which I can use. I keep thinking I must be doing something wrong, but damned if I can figure it out. This should be pretty straight forward. I've turned off BT, and the restarted the phone, done multiple Discoveries, multiple retrys at connecting.
Maybe I am trying to do something impossible, but I would like to pair my Droid Razr with my Xoom FE using Bluetooth. They successfully pair but will not connect. I basicaly want to share my phone's data without paying for the wifi hotspot or rooting the phone.
New Razr Maxx and Plantronics Explorer 240 Bluetooth earpiece will not pair. The phone sees the device, asks for the 0000 but gives a pairing error as the wrong code.Plantronics tells me they only hardcode 0000 (zeros) into the headset and the phone says it is the wrong code.
I have just obtained S10-HD and can pair to my iPod touch but no luck with my Xoom wifi ice cream sandwich (soon jelly bean)? I notice that some have had luck while pressing the s10-HD power button and the + volume button (the blue pairing light is steady). Nothing works for me!
I have a replacement 860 that won't pair with my car phone. The other one did. This one won't ask for the PIN, and then says it can't pair because the PIN is incorrect. How typical is that. It's the same car phone, and the same model phone.
I have bought an iphone 4s recently. The former Iphone I had used to pair with the car bluetooth but the new one does not pair with any device. What should I do? Is it something about the device or Iphone does not pair with the car bluetooth?
I've never done this FYI but! Hopefully it works I got an iPhone 4s and I'm trying to Bluetooth my music from my black berry curve but it says it's not supported does that mean i can't connect them? And if so what's the freakin point of such a great phone if I can't even Bluetooth!?
Can you pair through bluetooth my phone to more than one vehicle? My new Honda CRV receives text messages. However it says my Iphone 4 CDMA is not compatible. Is there software I need to download to my phone?
Im trying to pair a JWIN JB-TH130 with a iphone 3 and the device pairs up and ask for the pin 0000 and shortly after it displays Not Connected so I press the connect on the iphone and it then ask for the pin again and when I enter 0000 and press pair Connection was Unsuccesful make sure the JWIN is powered on. And it is turned on so I try the process again and the same thing happens
I upgraded my 4s to the latest update of 5.1.1 and now i cannot pair with any bluetooth device (laptop, headphones, etc). Is there a fix or issue not yet publicized? Everything was working properly before the upgrade and and i can pair my 3gs with the same devices with no probs.
I have a iPhone 4s and just bought a ipad2. They won't pair and I can get android phones to pair with the ipad2 with no problems. I have done a lot of research and doesn't seem to be a fix for it yet. I don't want to jailbreak either items. Will apple ever get this Bluetooth or IOS problem fixed?oh but the IPhone pairs with my Sony Xploid stereo in my car.
My car uses Ford Audio and before updating my iPhone to 5.1 I was paired with the blue tooth hands free but since updating the car cannot find the device though the phone detects the audio system but cannot pair with it
I have a 2012 Mazda. It has Bluetooth Built in. When I had my BlackBerry, I never had any trouble getting it paired. I just got my iPhone and when i try to get it to pair, it doesnt even show my car as an option. it stays on "Searching..." and cant locate my car.
I've just recently switched iPhones from 3 to 5s and I can't seem to locate ANY available Bluetooth devices on it.My iPhone Bluetooth is switched ON and is constantly searching for devices but nothing shows up.and the device is right next to the phone in pairing mode (Sony wireless Bluetooth speaker).I assure there is nothing wrong with the speaker as it still recognizes my old iPhone (3). The only other way I can connect is with an app called NFC Easy Connect, which iTunes store doesn't have.
I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra with Navigation system. I can pair my new Iphone 4S to the calling part, but I cannot get my music to go through Bluetooth.
