IPhone :: Hp Laserjet 100 Color MFP M175nw Does Not Appear As An AirPrint Printer
May 7, 2012
I have bought a new printer that was compatible with the AirPrint feature. But when I select print for a photo in the iPhone's photo album, the printer won't appear.
There is no clear litterature online that explains how to make the printer detectable. I suspect it should be done automatically.
However I keep on trying and the printer won't show up.
I can print wireless from all my pc's and MacBook with no problem - but my iPhones and iPad all signed on to the same house network don't see the printer
My wife and I bought an HP Officejet 4500 Wireless recently and I stupidly forgot about Airprint (we have 2 iPhones and an iPad).
We only have laptops and they are not on all the time so we need an app-based solution so we can print from our iDevices.
I see the Print app (for $10) in the app store. Are there other apps out there to print wirelessly? We have an iPhone 4S, an iPhone 4 and an original iPad (iPad Classic?) btw.
Info: iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1, iPhone 4 and original iPad too
How can I print from my iPhone to a non AirPrint printer? I was told by an Apple tech to do so via Airpot Express USB port. I already have a wired and wireless network and printers connected via Ethernet. I am just trying to print from my iPad and/or iPhone to my existing printers...if possible. I tried the airport express but that does not appear to do what I need.
i have a netgear n600 and p1102w hp printer i still cant locate printer via airprint. I have the iphone 4 and ipad 2. the printer and router have the most updated firmware fromwhat i am finding online.
My HP 5940 printer had worked fine with my iMac (Mountain Lion) and our iPhone 4 and original iPad using Airprint. I don't use it often, but it just worked.Â
A couple months ago I upgraded the iMac to Mavericks, and got a new 5S iPhone. Today I tried to use Airprint, and the printer does not show up. Â
The printer works fine from the laptop (Mavericks), the iMac (USB), an iPhone 4 (ver 6.1.3) and an original iPad (ver 5.1.1)Â My new phone, however, cannot find the HP printer.Â
It IS a listed, supported printer. The drivers are up to date. I have cycled the router, the printer, the computer, and all the devices. The printer simply refuses to come up in Airprint.
Info: iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4), iPhone 5S, iPad1 3G, both ATVs
I have tried to talk to Brother, but no progress. What does it take to make printer work with AirPrint Utility? Is there a work around, other than the Brother iPrint & Scan app?
Info: Brother MFC-9970CDW, Mac OS X (10.7.3), and iOS 5X
I've purchased a WiFi printer which is the HP LaserJet p1102w it works on My pc with windows and also with my Mac with Snow leopard. I want to make it work with my Iphone 4S and print with Airprinter but it don't wanna work Note : the printer is on and the WiFi indicator is flashing (blue color).
Can Motoprint print to a printer that is Linux based or a networked printer?
I have a LAN, with a networked printer server. This printer is set up on my Linux (Ubuntu) PCs with the CUPS printer server, and is also shared using the windows smb (Samba) protocol. I also have a wireless access point/router and can access the printer that way too.
Motoprint sees my printer, but it says that I need to use Motoprint Host to print to it. Motoprint host is a Windows program, and not useable for those not running Windows. I have a Xoom WiFi, USA
So I have a T-Mobile SIM (SIM slot 1) and an AT&T SIM (SIM slot 2) in my 950XL. In the T-Mobile Messaging app, the text is in blue. In the AT&T Messaging app, the text in purple. I want to change the text color in each app but I haven't found a way to do so.
my name is Filipe, and i am seeking help because i cannot air print from my iphone 3gs with ios 5 using my canon MG3150. By downloading the canon app Canon iEPP, the printer is recognized fine, but my main interest is printing emails, so i need the airprinting active! My printer and iphone are on the same network. Info: iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1
I have a printer that I can hook up directly, but seemingly AirPrint is the only way to prot from iPhone. Is this true? Isn't there another way or an app I can use?
I just recently updated my iphone 4 a couple weeks ago, and I don't recall, but I may have used Airprint as late as yesterday. Today, it cannot find my HP m1536dnf. I can print over wifi with my Macbook Air, and it works on my iPad, but I used to be able to print with my iphone 4 and now I cannot. I have done a reboot on my iphone, and that doesn't work.
