IPhone :: Cannot Airprint Through Canon MG3150 And 3GS
May 20, 2012
my name is Filipe, and i am seeking help because i cannot air print from my iphone 3gs with ios 5 using my canon MG3150. By downloading the canon app Canon iEPP, the printer is recognized fine, but my main interest is printing emails, so i need the airprinting active! My printer and iphone are on the same network.
Info:
iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1
I sync photos from my Mac (iPhoto) to my iPhone 4S. I am having a problem syncing certain movies, particularly those taken with a Canon Powershot camera. These movies have been successfully downloaded from the camera into my Mac and they play fine within iPhoto. However, when I sync my iPhone to my Mac I get the following message:
"MVI_1234.MOV was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPhone "Bob's iPhone 4S"
Movies taken by my old Sony cell phone are syncing over okay from iPhototo my iPhone. The sync problem seems to be limited to those movies taken with this Canon camera.
Info: iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4), Mac user since 1984
I've downloaded the Canon iEPP app, which is supposed to allow you to print pictures directly to your network printer. I have one of the printers on the supported list (the MP560) and it is on my network, but the app can't find it. I've searched everywhere, but I can't find any information on how to get it working.Has anyone tried this app? How did you get it to recognize your printer?
I can print wireless from all my pc's and MacBook with no problem - but my iPhones and iPad all signed on to the same house network don't see the printer
My wife and I bought an HP Officejet 4500 Wireless recently and I stupidly forgot about Airprint (we have 2 iPhones and an iPad).
We only have laptops and they are not on all the time so we need an app-based solution so we can print from our iDevices.
I see the Print app (for $10) in the app store. Are there other apps out there to print wirelessly? We have an iPhone 4S, an iPhone 4 and an original iPad (iPad Classic?) btw.
Info: iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1, iPhone 4 and original iPad too
How can I print from my iPhone to a non AirPrint printer? I was told by an Apple tech to do so via Airpot Express USB port. I already have a wired and wireless network and printers connected via Ethernet. I am just trying to print from my iPad and/or iPhone to my existing printers...if possible. I tried the airport express but that does not appear to do what I need.
i have a netgear n600 and p1102w hp printer i still cant locate printer via airprint. I have the iphone 4 and ipad 2. the printer and router have the most updated firmware fromwhat i am finding online.
I have a printer that I can hook up directly, but seemingly AirPrint is the only way to prot from iPhone. Is this true? Isn't there another way or an app I can use?
I just recently updated my iphone 4 a couple weeks ago, and I don't recall, but I may have used Airprint as late as yesterday. Today, it cannot find my HP m1536dnf. I can print over wifi with my Macbook Air, and it works on my iPad, but I used to be able to print with my iphone 4 and now I cannot. I have done a reboot on my iphone, and that doesn't work.
I have a Canon ELPH 330 camera, which has WiFi. I set the G4 as a hotspot, and had the camera search for the G4. The camera found the G4, and recognized the G4's password, but timed out waiting for me to "Start dedicated app on target device". Is there a dedicated app on the G4, or what app do I need?
