My computer was recently sent to Toshiba for a motherboard replacement and they reimaged my computer, without my permission. As a result I have lost everything on my computer, including my music-both from CD and from the iTunes store. What will happen if I sync my iPhone with iTunes now?

From my reading, you can look for signs such as spikes in data transfers when you're not using the phone, that sorta thing. I'd like to be absolutely positive there is no spyware installed, and so what I'm thinking is that in a week or two, I'd like to do a re-installation of the blackberry OS system software. I'm on a mac, and my understanding is that I can take the phone in to an AT&T store and they could do the reinstallation for me. If I were to do that, would I also have to reinstall all of the apps I've downloaded? And short of this method, is there any proven spyware detection software I could use to avoid having to take these steps?

I purchase infinity blade 2 app for my iPhone 4 and do lots of in app purchase up to USD 38.73. Now I try iCloud backup for my new iPhone 4S 64GB Black unit but the iCloud backup is workless because it's says no backup available and ask me to use it as a new iPhone. Then I try iTunes Backup. It backup every single photo, apps, and device settings. But it doesn't sync my infinity blade 2 app. I try app sync up to ten times but the results are same and that is infinity blade 2 app failed to install.
